But I don't think it would solve the problems in the WWE long term. The era of the WWE that produced stars such as the Rock and many others did so because of the quality of writers they had at the time, and in order to reach those heights again they will have to go back to the basics and get those lined out first.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Hmm. Interesting question. Back then, WWE could always do well with The Rock. Now that I think of it, both shows are doing well it seems. The storylines are flowing and such, a Rock return would probably screw things up. |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | The Rock would no doubt be a huge asset should he decide to "come home," but in no way can one man turn a company around. WWE's problems lie in its behind-the-scenes politically corrupted, nepotism-filled, good ol' boy system. Too many "yes men" means no creative friction, which means nothing with a big spark comes out of the office. The reason Vince Russo was so successful when he wrote for WWE is that his ridiculous ideas clashed with Vinnie Mac's vision, but they found a way to reign in Russo's ridiculousness while not conceding completely to McMahon. This is also largely why Russo failed in WCW - his "check" had no "balance." Wow, that's a long tangent...lol. Point is: The Rock would be a welcome addition back to WWE, but wouldn't be the catalyst to take it back to the glory days.

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Having one of your biggest stars back, on a regular schedule would surely help the product. Everyone else feeds off his energy and it makes them work harder. It wouldn't even matter who they put him in a feud with, overall the product would be better. |

How does one go about doing that? Well, for starters they need to fire all those asshole hollywood writers and find people who really know about wrestling. Then Vince needs to let them come up with their own ideas even if some fail in the beginning. The Rock would only help a little bit.

Rep Power: 15 ![]() | The Rock would be a terrific asset to the company, he's a good wrestler with plenty of charisma and a really funny guy. He would also help the ratings, but he wouldn't be enough to solve WWE's problems. |
