Well, the time is approaching. The biggest wrestling event of the year. Wrestlemania!

This is pretty much a thread to just post either your excitement, non excitement, or whatever you want about Wrestlemania 22. Possible matches you think the WWE is going to have. Or matches we may already know and just want to talk about.

The only thing I can say for sure is that it looks like it will be some form of a Vince/HBK match which I think would be a huge mistake.

Not sure about either title match yet..

I've heard rumours about who Taker might be facing and all I have to say is.. "I fucking hope not!"

Right now I see these matches for the card:
WWE Title: John Cena Vs. Triple H Vs. Edge
World Title: Kurt Angle Vs. Rey Mysterio
US Title: Booker T Vs. Randy Orton
Last Man Standing: Shawn Michaels Vs. Shane McMahon
MITB 2:Chris Benoit Vs. Chris Masters Vs. Carlito Vs. Matt Hardy Vs. JBL Vs. Bobby Lashley
The Big Show Vs. Kane
Shelton Benjamin Vs. Charlie Haas

What about the Money in the Bank match? Does anyone think they will have it again? Or is that just wishful thinking?

I think it will happen and hope it does. Those were just the matches I see happening as of right now.

Could possibly happen.. I'd rahter see like 3 guys from each brand included though in the match..

You can have people like shelton, Matt Hardy, and some rising stars or whatever from both shows.

And TJ, this is just like a WM random thoughts thread.. No big deal to me if it stays here for a couple months. It is supposed to be the biggest time of the year.

Yeah, if they do have the money in the bank match, I would hope instead of just Raw they mix both brands.

No problem, I was just wondering. I was just curious after the random wrestling thread I proposed awhile got shot down by Ida.

If I were to book MITB 2 right now I would have it be:

Chris Benoit Vs. Chris Masters Vs. Carlito Vs. Matt Hardy Vs. JBL Vs. Bobby Lashley

Also maybe The Big Show Vs. Kane

I'd definitley want Shelton in it though.. He was awesome last year.

And yes the thread you proposed got shot down by Ida but it would have been fine with me, I don't see any harm in it.

I think WWE is setting Shelton up for something else, maybe have him face Charlie Haas when he returns.
