Man.. We are getting closer and closer to Mania and I have NO freakin' clue who's gonna be fighting who.

Here's my best guesses for some people..


HBK/Vince.. Ya, I think they'll go with this and it will stink. Not only that but WWE will be losing a quality in-ring performer that could have helped in so many other ways than a match with a 60-year old man.

Cena/HHH/Edge.. Ya, I think Cena and Edge have a draw and then HHH wins the Rumble. Only logical thing I can see.. who else would Edge fight at Mania if they take the title from him now? Flair?

Rey/Benoit.. Said this in another thread.. I'd like to see a tribute to Eddie between these two.

Angle/Orton.. To me, it's the best logical case for Angle.

As far as these people go.. No clue at all. Lashley, RVD, Benjamin, Undertaker, Masters, Carlito, Booker T, Kennedy, Big Show, Kane, JBL, Matt Hardy, Flair, Hogan, etc..

WM22 is aroung the corner and nobody has a guaranteed match. So.. Put thse combinations together and lets see what we can come up with. I have no idea.

No, What I meant was.. nobody currentyl has a match yet, right?

Given what's gone on in the last couple months, I want to hear what you guys think are the "best case" scenrios for WM22.. Meaning. a combination of what you think will happen and what should happen given the current rosters and storylines.

No.. say there's a match you think is set in stone. Say you think HBK and Vince will fight no matter what. You don't change that. You are only putting together the card that you DON'T think is set in stone just yet. To me, nothing is set in stone so I'd just put together a card of what I think would be best for WM22 all the way around.

Think of it like a "WM22 Booking contest" but without a prize.

Like I once said to a girl in an office I worked in long ago, "once I knew what it was you wanted, it was easy to give it to you"

Can't see any of those matches coming through, I just picked what I'd want and screw the consequences!! I even threw in a "raid the fridge" match with the Tag Team thingy.

Yes.. I like realism..lol I agree though with a lot of your choices. Remember back to last WM, JBL and HHH had a backstage confrontation, I think the build to that could be interesting.

Then there's MITB II.. We gotta see another one of those. It should become a new tradition.

Shane would be a better fit than Vince.. Maybe Vince can interfere but a full match will just be brutal.

Noticed you left he old Hulkster off the card.. ha.

That's what I was thinking for JBL and Hunter. They would just have awesome chemistry together, certainly we saw that in their few brief skits last year against each other. Given Shane's efforts against Angle in particular, and with Vince in the corner, that match would be pretty good methinks. Maybe you could have Vince in Shane's corner, and given how they built Shawn and Stone Cold being great friends and how hard Shawn fought to save Stone Cold as GM that time....you could go for Stone Cold in Shawn's corner!!! Just an idea.

And no, Hogan at Mania is not remotely interesting for me.
