So what is the deal?

The dude gets fired, then brought back to fued with Edge.. Edge won at first, a lot of people thought Matt was getting screwed again and he was dumb to come back. Then Matt got the better of him in a Cage match. The last match was a leave Raw match, so Hardy lost, and now is on Smackdown...

I thought this was going to be a 10 Chapter storyline or something like that.. I liked MAtt when he first came back, with his shoot gimmick. ROH! ROH! and calling by their first names and what not. But once WWE hired hom back, he really has no storyline or gimmick. They just throw him into a match, like with JBL, and he just kinda comes to the ring..

Im confused on what the wwe is doing with him. I was wishing he came out on Raw, but Flair did, would of been better if it was Matt. What is the point of having him, if he has no gimmick what so ever? He should just go help out TNA.

Bottom line is Matt Hardy backed WWE into a corner were they had to sign him back. The crowd was hot for him, brining him in was a good business decision. He and Edge went on to make a little money from their feud, WWE got fans interested in the feud, and it got Edge over HUGE as a heel. Something they'd been failing to do up until that point.

Vince is probably still pissed off that Hardy basically backed him into a corner in re signing him, so now that he's got what he wants out of Hardy he couldn't care less about him. They still know the guys a good worker and would be a draw on the Indy scene, especially TNA that IMO, their lowering Hardys stock, so when the time does come for them to release him again it won't be such a big deal when he turns up at TNA.

Yeah, If they arnt doing anything for Hardy and he knows they arnt, I would stay there for a couple more months, Save all my money, Then just quit and go to TNA if I was Hardy. Help build that place with Christian and Sting.

I think Matt could be a good dude on sd! if given the chance. He could fit in nicely in the current role they have for Mysterio. But alas, WWE prolly is still pissed at him and won't let that happen.

He'd be nice in TNA. Get the Hardys back together and that tag division would be awesome.

Is there anyone that didn't know this was going to happen to Matt? He was booked to look like a jobber in his fued against Edge, so he lost most of his heat right there. Now no one cares about him, and it didn't take long for him to cool down either.

His momentum from his return died once he lost the Loser Leaves RAW match to Edge. He went to SD! but they didn't make a big deal out of it and since the move to SD! he's done nothing. He should be contending for at least the U.S. Title as he's still over with the fans as witnessed by their voting him into the match at Taboo Tuesday (which made Vince mad b/c he wanted JBL in that spot). So I think he's being punished for that and for the comments he made when he was fired early in 2005. Hardy deserves better, but I can't say I'm surprised that things turned out this way.

Hardy lost his momentum when he lost to Rob Conway on Raw back in August.
I've never been a fan of Matt, even when he was teaming with Jeff I always liked Jeff more. I would have no problem if they fired him since the only thing he's really done was help get Edge over as a heel.

Boy, things sure don't look too good for Matt Hardy now. I know I know, he was telling people to wait a year and see where he'd be in a year, and it's nowhere near that... but man... he's really been jobbing, and jobbing hard. Even on the Edge montage has clips of Edge beating up and standing over Matt Hardy over and over
