We've done threads like in this in the past, but imagine you've just lost Smackdown and you need to cut 15 people from the wrestling rosters (i.e. no Divas, announcers and managers). List who you would cut and the reasons. This could make for a good read.

I'll post mine later when i've thought about it some more

I will post the reasons tommorow, but here are the 15 wrestlers I would cut:

The Boogeyman-I've mentioned many times before that I hate the gimmick, and I din't think it was possible but he had a longer entrance than The Undertaker)
Steven Richards-I commend him for his hard work, but he's nothing more than a jobber now
Orlando Jordan-The guy just has no charisma, no heat from the crowd, and is boring to watch
Mark Henry-Since his contract doesn't expire untill next year I might have to wait, but if not I would fire him now. The guy is strong but that's the only positive he has.
Viscera-He was entertaining for a few months, but now he is just a waste of space, and WTF is up with that humping move??
Matt Striker-Fire him as a wrestler since he is nothing special, but maybe keep him on as another role because I love his segments on wwe.com
Johnny Parisi-I never really cared for the guy, and once he came into WWE he seemed to become even more boring and useless.
Snitsky-It's not his fault! Seriously, that's a good catchphrase but otherwise he just sucks.
Tyson Tomko-Once he was no longer Christian's bodyguard he had no further use in WWE, and he's not that good of a wrestler anyways.
Nick Nemeth-I haven't seen this guy wrestle but he seems pretty useless and he wouldn't be needed.
Matt Hardy-He just plains bores me, I always liked Jeff more and thought Matt was the boring one, just like Marty Jannetty was in The Rockers.
Simon Dean- Decent worker in the ring, but the fitness guru gimmick has run it's course and he's only an enhancement worker now.
Hearthrobs-They are just plain lousy and look ugly(when in their gimmicks) and with the recombined rosters you don't need them just to have a decent amount of teams.
Big Vito-He's never really been needed and has no use with the company once the rosters are put back together

I know you said no divas, but I would also cut Candice Michelle and Torrie Wilson. They are useless and unlike some other divas they aren't even attempting to learn to wrestle. Torrie has also been getting less attractive over the years(though she's not ugly at all).

didn't see his match, but his promos are stupid and are probably infringing on some copyrights

former tag champ stuck on heat

former tag champ stuck on velocity

if he isn't coming back as nick dinsmore, he isn't coming back at all

just can't stand this guy ever since his promos with austin a while back

should have come in as johnny swinger

can't this guy ever catch a break? 3 months into his 2nd tenure and he is already on heat, while his partner is on raw

should have come in as little guido

great punching bag. i liked his bump with snitsky at the royal rumble

just plain sucks

should be a tag team wrestler, and only a tag team wrestler

bad gimmick, decent wrestler

could be the manager of antonio and romeo

should never have come to the wwe

In reality I'd hate to do this. I'd get Steph to do it instead since I hate firing people. But for the purposes of the game the following would be going out the door marked "waste disposal"...

Johnny Parisi - Last one in...first one out. He was Johnny Swinger in ECdub wasn't he? Oh he can definitely go.

Val Venis - Quite talented but so desperately badly booked for so many years that this would be a mercy cutting.

Viscera - Completely pointless. Used to make me laugh that some on here thought this guy had potential still a few months ago. Hahahaha.....they were usually the same ones that thought Matt Hardy was going to win the World Title.

Rosey - His S.H.I.T pseudonym was the most pertinent one in WWE history.

Tyson Tomko - Can't even do the big boot as well as Test. Says it all.

Snitsky - Hahahaha.....No really, do I have to explain?

Sylvain - When you're the weakest member EVER of LaResistance, then you know you've got to go.

Scotty 2 Hotty - I'm sorry, I know he has a family and everything, but is their a point in having a cruiserweight wrestler that actually can't wrestle a cruiser style anymore?

Funaki - He tark funny...he Japanese....I get it....enough already.

The Boogeyman - Just sucks. Sucks more than whichever wench Miakal was with last night....and that's a lot.

Psicosis - He used to be an awesome piece of talent, but you could tell even at ECW ONS that he'd lost all his confidence. Super Crazy and Juve still have it on occasions, but this guy's burnt the bridge.

The Tolands/Dicks - I've not even seen them yet and I still wanna sack 'em.

Road Warrior Animal - More like Glutonous Warrior Animal. So his brother wanted The Dudley Boyz canned, and got his wish and bought in this guy to "pep up" the tag team division. He can take his sorry ass bitch of a no talent brother with him.

Chris Masters - Okay I'm only canning him to piss you all off.

Hardcore Holly - No use for him on tv. Boring and stale.

Animal - Time to let him go backstage again. I can't agree with the continual misuse of the LOD name.

Scotty Too Hotty - Hasn't been doing anything on tv. I like him, but he isn't being used.

Vito - I don't understand why he was employed in the first place.

Sylvan - Let him go back to modelling.

Booker T - With a newly combined show, not everyone can be a veteran on the show. Cut purely to allow new blood the chance to shine. Plus he is also boring.

Ric Flair - Let him go back to beating up motorists and losing his money

Heart-Throbs - Never interested me

Rosey - Lost his meal ticket when Hurricane turned. I would'nt hire Jamal back either

Tomko - Lost his meal ticket when Christian initially went to Smackdown. As the Problem Solver and Christian's side kick i found him entertaining, but he's useless on his lonesome.

Viscera - Bleh!

Parisi - Who?

Steven Richards - Let him go to TNA and have a bit more flexibility

Funaki - Unfortunately he needs to go. Although i do love the little guy

I'm into the Boogeyman also. We haven't seen a gimmick like this in a while. I would at least like to see him wrestle on tv before I pass judgement.

I love the Boogeyman gimmick. His entrance was awesome and that eating live worms thing is so funny!!! He really pulls off the gimmick. In my eyes a modern day Papa Shango!!!
