Another reason why tag team wrestling is dead in WWE

In JV's RAW Review, he mentioned that Joey Styles said during the Murdoch-Benjamin match: "Since parting ways with Cade..."

WTF is this? Murdoch and Cade had been a tag team for what, 2 months and already they're broken up with no explanation as to why? This makes zero sense and just another example of poor WWE booking.

They were the only "team" on RAW, so now who do Big Show and Kane defend the belts against? I think they really need to look at dropping the tag titles on RAW, since it seems that they have no interest in building a tag team division on this show. At least SD! has several teams and the belts are given some time on TV each week.

They could have Show and Kane drop the titles to MNM and unify the tag titles again.

Although I think it is important to have tag teams on both shows.

It's like they are purposely trying to kill the division.

I'm sure Show and Kane are going to eventually end up dropping the titles to Snitsky and Tomko. Yup, tag wrestling on Raw is pretty much dead.

Cade and Murdoch's wwe.com profiles don't seem to indicate anything about them spliting up either. Though, I'm starting to like Murdoch more and more only because he just looks so different from the stereotypical WWE wrestler. He looks like a badass, and I am getting the feeling that he's not playing himself as much as other WWE superstars - but just a very fine act.

I also caught the comment when Styles said Murdoch and Cade have parted ways.

I dont understand that AT ALL.

Shit, they should have stayed a team for another 3 years.

What is the common thread with the following guys?

Shawn Michaels
Bret Hart
Triple H
Steve Austin
Undertaker
Edge
Batista
Eddie
Benoit
Matt Hardy
Randy Orton

They all succeded early in their careers because of assitance from others. They werent forced to showcase their weaknesses.

Shawn Michaels = Marty Jannety
Bret Hart = Jim Neidhart/Jimmy Hart
Triple H = William Regal as Blueblood then the Corporation as HHH
Steve Austin = Ted DiBiase
Undertaker = Paul Bearer
Edge = Christian/Gangrel
Batista = D-Von then HHH
Eddie = The Radicals
Benoit = The Radicals
Matt Hardy = Jeff and Gangrel
Randy Orton = Evolution

Point being. put these greenies with a veteran or make them learn with someone.

DD's Favorite of All Times

I finally played live and it was fantastic.

This makes no sense. They were still teaming up on Orton on the last smackdown. If the team is no more, they could have at least done a stupid angle! Sheeiet.

Thanks for the memories Eddie!
