I thought I had turned a corner. I was regularly tuning into SD! for Eddie and Batista, catching Raw when I could for Angle, and yet.. now I feel nothnig for WWE.
Eddie Guerrero was my favourite wrestler. In a post recently, I said it was Angle. I think I was jumping on the Angle For WWE Champ bandwagon though.. Man, I've loved Guerrero since he first came to WWE and was in the Radicalz. For me, he stood out from the moment they joined, even above Benoit. The guy literally had EVERYTHING a wrestler ever needed - he was great on the microphone in ever capacity. He could play intense, comical, sad, happy, whatever. He could do anything with a look on his face. In the ring, he was just amazing, he was such a well rounded and fantasic performer I couldn't even begin to describe the beauty of his in ring prowess. He made characters in his 'Lie Cheat and Steal' persona and his original 'Latino Heat' character that were lovable, and hilarious. He could get a match out of anyone even better than Kurt ever can. He had a great look, great name to have - a Guerrero name gets you recognised, as if some with Eddie's talent ever needed it.
When I heard about his death, it was as if my love for wrestling was numbed. I had seen what I portray as wrestling perfection in Eddie. Never again do I think I'll see such an all-round amazing performer. Ever. And now, I guess I just don't give a crap any more. Angle, you're awesome, but you're no Eddie. WWE and TNA have some amazing stars, but they're no Eddie Guerrero. They're no wrestling perfection like Eddie was to me. To be honest, without Eddie, I just don't want to watch pro wrestling any more. It's a weird feeling, but one I kinda think I would have expected if you'd told me days before that Eddie would soon be gone.
RIP Eddie Guerrero 1967-2005

Eddie was an awesome talent no doubt. One of the best ever. I remember being in aw watching that man cut a promo. He would cut a promo like non other. The world of wrestling lost a great performer for sure.
With that said, Wrestling has got to go on. The show continues. That is what Eddie would want. Theres so much talent out there in wrestling performing for you. Watch wrestling for eddie. Keep the sport alive with his spirit. There is nothing in the world like wrestling. Im not really sure what im trying to say, but don't let the death of a great talent end your passion for wrestling bro. That would just be letting him down.
