Raw Thoughts for 11.07.05.

Pros:

Good Crowd last night. A good crowd makes any WWE show that much better.

Loved the way they started off Raw with almost the whole roster out at ringside.

Shane Helms getting over with his new gimmick. Thank god.

Kurt Angle is gold. What an AWESOME promo. Put the title on him NOW !!!!!!

Cons:

Carlito going over Shelton. Come on WWE, put Shelton over Carlito one of these days.

More to come, just wanted to get it started.

Tuned in for the opening segment, thought it was lame and then flipped over to football.

Came back for the main event, thought it was lame (aside from the return of Daivairi) and went back to football.

I just have little interest in the WWE product right now. Hope some people caught the UFC and/or TNA replay Mon. night. Those two shows blow anything WWE's done recently out of the water.

Pros: Big Show & Kane: I like that they are finally getting a chance to carry the belts around.

John Cena: He's finally getting "IT".

Cons: Main Event Match ending, that was just plain stupid. It just left a bad feeling to a pretty good raw.

Gregory Helms? WTF nobody cared before, why would they care now.

Censorship on Raw.. Total garbage. Since when does Vince not allow the work "Suck" to be taken out of raw?

Angle: He just got annoying over the whole "you suck". I just lost interest in what ever he was saying after a while.

That show was incredibly solid. I really thought the day before Bret Hart's DVD set was launched he was gonna be Kurt's special guest referee.

Pros:
-I always love seeing all the superstars out there together.
-It was really funny hearing them censor "suck" to make Angle happy(even though logically that doesn't make sense because he can still hear them say it)
-The return of Daivari
-Big Show & Kane looked strong in their title defense against Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch
-We didn't have to listen to Cena at all
-Angle was gold on the mic and it was great seeing him go back to do his entrance again, Styles was great as the new announcer

Cons:
-Shelton losing to Carlito, although Carlito was pretty good in the ring for once.
-The lame finish in the womens match, getting knocked out by a wand!?
-Gregory Helms's entrance theme
-Bischoff suddenly having the power to book a match on SD
