I only really knew of Flair in legend. I knew of Flair and Sting. I didnt have a clue about anything except for the WWF. Sad, but true. I have since tried to get more educated on past wrestling by reading books and watching videos, but still nothing takes the place of watching it live as its happening. With that being said, I starting watching WCW back in 96 and instantly fell in love with Flair. He was easily the most charasmatic guy on the television at the time. The WWE was in a major funk at the time and WCW was actually much better TV at the time. I actually had a blast watching Flair do the Psych ward skits with his son. I found that stuff to be vastly underrated from an entertainment value. Now you go.

Rep Power: 24 ![]() ![]() | He was such a bat fastard in that first pic. What is even more funny is him doing the flexing pose lol. I was never really that impressed with Flair. I think he was one of those guys who had work hard and long to keep up his gimmick and that his flare for the dramatics is what got him as far as he did. |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Ric Flair is one of my favorites because he incorporates so much personality into his ringwork. My favorites of "all things Flair": - the face-flop - the dirty reverse low kick - when he screams for mercy or to sell moves (e.g. "Oh God!") - the strut - the elbow drop...on nothing - going to the top rope with a 99% failure rate - the upside-down flip in the corner (he's lost the ability to do this well in recent years - kinda sad) - when he yells "Whoo!" right in someone's face - the eye poke like only he can do - when he blades and his hair turns pink b/c it's so light - the chop block - especially when he hits it from off-screen, so it looks like he flew half way across the ring to do it So many other little things - he's just the consummate entertainer - 'nuff said.
