Yes, It is also MY answer. Since I already knew that higher testoreone levels promote higher metabolism rates and thus more fat burning. I was just proving it to you.

You simply kept bringing up the same thing about burning fat, whereas I mentioned it once and it really had nothing to do with my overall point. It came off to me as you trying to discredit me if anything.

I backed up my point as well listed in red font above.

Also, people that take steroids take estrogen blockers. That is also well known.

The bigger question is........

It wasn't your answer. All you did was paste some quote and say there. You yourself explained nothing.

You proved nothing other than that you can quote people who are not tecnically correct. Elevated testosterone is always a good thing for bodybuilding, improved protein synthesis, more muscle mass = raised metabolism = fat burning(potentially). You don't jsut simply burn fat because you have higher test.

Are you taking roids or something? You seem to have all the answers already.

There is estrogen in steroids and men generally don't want any more estrogen in their system than god gave them so they take estrogen blockers.

Otherwise they will be doing this soon as well......

Estrogen blockers are sometimes taken by (female) competitive bodybuilders to fight estrogenic fat and help them lean out for competition. They don't have to be taking test to use estrogen blockers.

OK, I see this thread has spun out of control a bit. All I was merely trying to say in my original post is that it is possible to get as big as Cena without taking steroids. As to whether John Cena has ever taken them or not, the only way we'd ever know for sure is to have him take a poly (Seinfeld again). I'm just going off info I've been given from friends of Cena's, so who knows if they're telling the truth or not. To me (and this is my opinion only) he doesn't look like he uses steroids. If he does, I have no problem with that b/c like Blitz said, this is not sports it's entertainment.

And yes, I do think Lance Storm is around the same size as Cena (notice I said around), he's a little smaller but I was just using him as a comparison b/c Lance has also stated he's never used steroids and he's pretty big for being natural.

Now, can you take steriods eat like shit and still gain muscle mass? Yes, but you'd put on a lot more muscle if you ate properly (common sense). Steroids are an enhancement drug. You still have to put the work in at the gym and maintain a decent-to-good diet to get the desired results from using the drug, which in this case would be to increase your size.

Ida, way to come with some good facts, bro. You've been doing a lot of reading on this subject, I can tell. Simon, though, brought up some good points too and they shouldn't be taken lightly.

Steriods is a touchy subject and people are either on one side of the fence or the other as it relates to things like: effectiveness of the drug, side effects, other drugs that have to be taken to ward off some of the side effects.

So, sorry if I touched off a nerve guys.
