Is the Hardy - Edge fued done?

So Hardy gets his long awaited revenge last night at Unforgiven and also delivers a Twist of Fate to Lita to seal it with a kiss.

With that being said, is this fued over for now?


What does Edge move onto and what does Hardy move onto?


I personally dont think its over, nor does it need to be. Hardy should continue to interfere with Edge's matches and eventually try to steal his MITB briefcase. Either try to get the MITB match from him or just steal the briefcase so Edge can't use it.

It would be classic watching Edge go to Bisch demanding the match but Eric claims he needs to have the contract in hand.

Edge could then sell out Lita and offer her as a trade for the briefcase, setting up the distrust of Lita towards Edge. and so on and so on.......

I agree this feud is not over yet, their @ 1-1 aswell as having a no contest.

I like the idea of Hardy stealing the briefcase with Edge going to Bisch etc, that could be drawn out over a few weeks, and it gives Bisch something else to do aside from his feud with Cena.

At one point Matt had the briefcase last night and I thought he was gunna climb out of the cage with it.

Another idea i'd like to throw in is if Hardy did steal the briefcase and then sign the contract aswell, ala what HBK did prior to Wrestlemania 20. This would set up another match between the two for the right to face the WWE Champion.

I think it's far from done. I honestly think they're gonna draw it out until Wrestlemania

Maybe some other people will get involved, or Edge will have a title feud mixed in, or there will be an injury angle or something. But I think the big payoff will be at Mania

I don't think it should end until they get distracted by other things (both of them), because hatred like theirs should never really be put to rest.

I would like to see a ladder match with the two.. With the object hanging being the brief case.

We saw how good the cage match was.. A ladder match would be that much better..

To keep the fued going, maybe they could have another elimination chamber match with Hardy and Edge being involved, to keep the fued going between the two, but have differret people in the mix at the same time.

Bah, I don't really like Hardy. I would end this feud at Survivor Series at the latest, that way they can put Edge back into the main event picture and use his MITB match to finally capture the WWE/World championship. Have the last match be an "I Quit" match so one will be forced to give up to the other.

Had Edge won last night, then yes, the feud would've been over. But now that Hardy's won a match, Edge will want to get the one-up on Hardy and will demand a rematch. I don't know what the stipulation will be, because I'd imagine both guys will have to put something on the line, so I can see an I Quit match taking place or WWE doing something with Edge's MITB stip.

I'm still a believer in that Edge will win this feud. I still think WWE looks at Edge as being the top line performer of the two. Maybe their opinion has changed on Hardy, but Edge is still their main man..

So with that said, the feud is far from over. The feud won't end until Matt Hardy does die, and by die I don't necessarily mean "get fired".. I just think Edge will find a way to get rid of Hardy for a while.

Even so, they could still carry the feud on from there. Matt Hardy is supposedly dead, but could return and screw up Edge's MITB process to lead to one more match between the two.

Honestly, there are so many different things that could be done here. This story almost writes itself. If the matches had been horrible that'd be one thing, but they've already put on 2 borderline classics.
