Cena not the answer on RAW?

I just saw that the ratings for last night's RAW was a 3.3. While this is in large part due to Monday Night Football, it still speaks to the declining ratings RAW has experienced since Batista left and Cena joined RAW. Now, in the beginning I was in favor of Cena moving to RAW, but from the ratings, it's pretty clear that he's not the ratings draw WWE has hoping he would be. I think Batista-Triple H deserve a lot of credit for bringing viewers back to RAW, as when they were on the show RAW was averaging around 3.8-4.1 viewers a week. The ratings since Cena arrived have steadily declined. Now, I'm not saying Cena is at fault, b/c he's been pretty entertaining and has had a good feud with Jericho and is currently in a good program with Angle. The sloppiness of the booking with other performers is clearly hurting RAW right now. I can't believe I'm saying this but Triple H coming back will be a breath of fresh air for RAW and I think he'll help liven the show up some.

We need HHH and a new champion. ASAP. Hopefully Angle will take the title this Sunday then when HHH comes back he can possible fued with Angle.

Yeah, if the WWE ever needed Triple H it is right now. As long as they don't over-expose him the fans won't get sick of him again.

Despite what happened on Raw I hope WWE has Angle win the title.

Seriously, though, I think Batista is the guy WWE should've put their muscle behind, and not Cena. Batista's face turn was well done and the fans took a liking to him and rallied around him in his feud with Triple H. I know that WWE was thinking Cena offered more crossover mainstream appeal, but I think Batista was/is the hotter draw out of the two right now. Batista's gimmick appeals to a larger base b/c the women (not all, but most) dig his muscles and appearance when he wears he snazzy suits, and the guys like him b/c he dresses cool, has a good sense of humor and is booked to be a badass who destroys everyone.

Cena is booked just like Stone Cold and the Rock: stack the deck against the babyface and watch him overcome the odds again and again. Yawn, been there, done that. Plus, not everyone likes rap and Cena also has the tendency to make childish jokes in a lot of his promos, which is something the older fans don't want to hear. Yes, the little kids love him, but right now Cena's not drawing in enough of the audience. He was much more likeable when he was more R-rated with his raps/promos.

I really hope Angle wins the belt at Unforgiven b/c he's really on top of his game right now, but WWE booking 101 tells us that since Cena was left beaten at the end of RAW, Angle will lose at the PPV.

I hate how Cena tries to be tough, like a few weeks ago when Angle said he had more wrestling ability in his pinkie than Cena had his whole body. Cena was like...that's true..but i'm still calling your ass out. HHH and Angle as champ would make raw more interesting.

I don' think Nowinski can wrestle anymore because of all his concussions he had when he played football or something. I read that somewhere, but dont know how accurate it is.

Yeah, he did retire after suffering from post concussion sydrome. Now he works in the WWE's Public Relations department.

Back on topic. Angle needs to run the show right now. And yes Hunter needs to come back, which is making Blitz very happy that we're saying it
