Rankings for Wrestlers

So I have heard alot of people throw around ideas for rankings in the divisions on RAW and SMACKDOWN thus making every match important because your spot depends on it. That's gold if you ask me

I was just on TNA's forum and saw they have rankings. My question is do they stick to these? Also if you were to rank the divisions on RAW (sorry but I don't give a shit about smackdown) realisticaly based on just your recent memory, who would be where?

Umm.. Yeah, TNA does stick to the rankings but they aren't really discussed on TV.

No.. You would think that but I did it like they would do it in boxing.. The guys behind Triple H have basically no meaningful wins since he's been gone, that's why he's only fallen this far in my rankings to number 7.. If Rob Conway picks up another win against a guy on the main roster I'd consider putting him over Triple H next week.

The Problem Solver

Rankings would not allow for "on the fly" booking. Dont know whether thats a bad thing or a good thing.

I can see the idea behind rankings BUT in reality I dont think it could work. Plus I think it would become somewhat predictable and boring even more so than it is at the moment.

To be fair we are seeing new developments in storylines and some that actually look like they are going somewhere. I like HBK/Masters and Flair/Carlito and I also like the introduction of Ken Kennedy on Smackdown. Not too sure about the Angle/Cena storyline although I do like the introduction of Tomko into the picture. I think Cena is just keeping that belt warm for HHH to come back and take his position at the top! I would personally put the belt on Angle and have Angle face HHH would make for much better matches and I dont belive Cena will ever be "special" like The Rock, Austin or Hogan. Cena is just a fad and his time at the top will die all of a sudden. He cant maintain that position on top he is not capable.
