The Matt Hardy Conspiracy Explained.

I still stand by my claim that this whole thing could have been the greatest shoot ever. EVER !!

I know JV and many others disagree with me. Some even have legitimate sources that say that its 100% real on both fronts, but too much falls into play here.

Its almost like the internet crowd is CONVINCED that they cant be fooled. It has almost gotten to the point where the internet crowd thinks they are one up on Vince and the writers at any given time.

There are only 5 people that know the truth. Edge, Lita, Hardy, Vince and Edge's wife. Who is to say there wasnt some meeting somewhere, sometime.

Its the perfect way to stir the pot. Hardy was due much time off to recuperate from his knee injury and was almost forgotten about shortly thereafter. Hardy and Edge are just regular mid carders at best. Matt and Edge elaborate this big huge scheme and present it to Vince.

They basically tell Vince the following.

Matt: I am forgotten about. Nobody knows or cares about the Kane/Lita storyline. Something needs to be done upon my return

Edge: I have been stuck at the same rank for 5 years. I need to show my true heel skills. Why not try it out on my best friend.

Lita: They already think I am a whore for leaving Matt for Kane, so lets push the envelope even further.

All parties agree and the shork begins.............


Is it really that farfetched that Hardy and Edge are really that clever? If you read alot of these books and articles you wouldnt be too suprised of there tight bond. When you know someone that well, you can read off each other and make it that much more believeable.

This is the stuff that Vince Russo wanted to do but could never even come close.

Think about it.

Well..it's all very interesting.

Listen, who are your sources Simon? something over the net right? Your source isn't WWE headquarters and neither is mine. Not even guys who used to work for WWE, guys who work for other companies really know the WHOLE truth..

They like to act like they know a 100%..but if you aren't there, how can you know for sure?

So..your claim may very well be true. Is it farfetched that nobody knows about this but certain people within WWE? No.. I mean, WWE has done a really good job of late keeping shit quiet.

If I had to guess, I'd still say that the Lita cheating on Matt part is true, just because I don't have enough faith in WWE to pull somethin so elaborate off.

However, Edge & Matt are probably smarter than the current crop of writers and I suppose could have worked the whole thing up themselves..

Vince Russo did want to do this kind of shit, he was brilliant, but something happend when he got to WCW.. I think he had too much power for his own good.

Daymn...it is quite possible...and if its true, then I guess it makes Matt and Edge geniuses...but why have Matt get destroyed by Edge, making him look like a dumbass?

Well.. I didn't catch on as soon as I should have. They are using this thing called, "Matt Hardy won't die"

So..Matt gets killed by Edge @ SS..yes. Matt looks bad, but he never got pinned and never quit. He didn't die.

On Raw, Matt loses to Conway. Matt was hurt and Conway took advantage. It was WWE's way of continuing the Hardy won't die and also giving Conway a big win because they are trying to push him.. Post Match, Edge attacks Matt.

Now this week, Matt takes Edge to hell in the street fight and looks good again. Edge was crying and complaining about his neck. Hardy is suddenly back in the driver's seat of the feud.

Yes it was all a work, all along, definitely.

Yes Vince has a master plan which will result in Matt Hardy becoming a main eventer and probably a 17 time World Champion some day way before Hunter gets there.

Matt Hardy has all the skills needed. All of them damn it.

Matt Hardy is a creative and wrestling god.

Well.. at least give me this...Matt looks a lot better than he did one week ago. Where is this all going?

Well, Edge is going to win the feud, I just can't see WWE not having Edge win the feud. He still has the MITB title match and all.

I really have no idea where Matt will go after this. He's still getting good crowd reactions but because of this storyline I think.. I can't say for sure that the fans are all of a sudden in love with the man and he can do no wrong.

I hope he stays there, it's ridiculous to lose talent like he has when they keep guys like Rosey and Tomko. However, it is what it is....a mid carder feuder with a future main eventer and ultimately it's only going one way. Hopefully, they have some idea of where to take Matt after this since once he's ultimately lost to Edge he will have to have some direction since if they "don't have anything for you" we all know where that leads.

I dont think anyone is suggesting that Matt Hardy is the next Ric Flair Bulldog.

Its simply a conspiracy theory. Although 7 people have to be involved for it to be deemed a conspiracy.


Hey Bulldog, before the 97 Survivor Series Screwjob, did you think HBK would be a multi time champion?

I didnt think so. Granted HBK is on another level than Hardy altogether, but the potential for elaborate storylines are there.

I just dont see Vince saying No to Edge and Hardy is presented to him. What is he going to say. "Its a fantastic idea, but I would rather use that storyline on Tyson Tomko, after all he is big"
