I talked tonight to Lanny Poffo, who was known in WWE as The Genius. I'd planned to talk to him maybe for 30 minutes to an hour as part of an interview exclusively for Kingpin Members, and it turned into a two-hour chat on tape, and another 30-45 minutes off tape. Lanny's reputation held true as he was a good, pleasant guy, although he did surprise me when it came to talking about Ole Anderson. Lanny shoots like you wouldn't believe on Anderson.

Anyway, Lanny was such a good guy that I agreed to provide him with a copy of the interview to use on his website. So for the first time, everybody will have access to one of my interviews. You can call it a Kingpin preview I suppose. I'll have the first part of the interview up on this site for Kingpin Members by the weekend, and it will then become available on Lanny's site at an undisclosed time.

By the way for those who have asked, I'm going to be getting back to doing interviews with some regularity after taking a brief "summer hiatus" so to speak. I've spoken with a variety of former WWE people and current TNA people, and I'll keep you guys up to speed as I start hammering out dates.
