Will Cena be cooled off?
August 1, 2005

Thanks to some help from special guest referee Chris Jericho, Carlito defeated WWE Champion John Cena on RAW in a non-title match last week. With the win, Carlito earned himself a rematch with Cena, but this time the WWE Championship will be on the line. RAW GM Eric Bischoff said it was the beginning of the end for Cena last week. Will Bischoff get his way and have a new WWE Champion crowned? Will it be Carlito facing Chris Jericho at SummerSlam instead of Cena? All of these questions will be answered Monday night on RAW.

Also, Mr. McMahon will have a major announcement during tonight's show.

Plus, last week Eugene made a shocking return to RAW and participated in the Angle Invitational. The lovable Superstar accomplished what no one had been able to do on either SmackDown! or RAW over the last year – he defeated Angle to win his Olympic Gold Medal. Now that he has conquered the Angle Invitational, the new Olympic Gold Medalist will be hosting the Eugene Invitational. Be sure to tune in to RAW for this one.

Leyla won immunity by winning the Hot Dog Eating Contest last week on RAW. As a result, she can not be voted out of the RAW Diva Search this coming week. But Kristal, Summer, Elisabeth, and Ashley are still vulnerable to the vote. Next week, the Diva hopefuls will participate in the Queen of the Mountain contest. Who will be the next contestant going home? Tune in to RAW next week to find out.

I really don't like Eugene, and I hope they dont go with this Eugene Invitational long. So beat.

I reckon that Vinne Mac will say he sanctioned a match for Hardy and Edge at Summer Slam. Could be anything though.

I had a vision of Matt Hardy bringing in Brock as his bodyguard type. Lesnar would fend off the security and Hardy would beat on Edge.

Its a good way to bring back Lesnar as a face and its gets them both over as "Outsiders"

Think about it.

Its just a played gimmick.

I wish they had ran vignettes of Eugene getting beat down by HHH then have Eugene's brother Nick show up to save the day.

I like Eugene too. Only as a mid-card attraction though. In the Summer of last year they were trying to push him as a main eventer and it didn't work, it will never work, but as a mid-carder I have no problem.

It could either be about Brock Lesnars return

He may well divulge who Lifted the Briefcase at KOR

He may well confess to driving the Hummer in WCW

But i agree.. probably announce an official signing or match for Hardy at SS
