Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Debut of the Boogeyman. Now this is far from perfect but I was working away last week and one night I had nothing at all to do .... so .... instead of going to the bar like usuall I decided to order room service and jot a few ideas down. Let me know what you think! Week 1 RAW Promo - Show the actually boogeyman character in a "basement" talking in wierd code (witchcraft) to himself. Gets up moves towards a door and jumps out sending lots of young fans running! Advertise Boogeyman to appear on the highlight reel next week and show Chris Jericho looking a little concerned. Week 2 RAW The Highlight Reel - Jericho introduces Boogeyman - the lights go out and a cuboard appears in the ring (possibly lowered from the ceiling). Jericho looks concerned and hesitates to open the cuboard .... eventually he does and smoke comes out of the cuboard Boogeyman attacks Chris Jericho and runs to the back. Week 3 RAW Jericho shown backstage looking for the Boogeyman - under a bed, in cuboards etc. See a shadow moving behind him quite often. Advertise Boogeymans first official match next week. Week 4 RAW Boogeyman Vs Jobber --- quick victory Jericho runs to ring at end of match. Lights go out ring fills with smoke Boogeyman disappears. Jericho left irate in the ring. --------------------------------- Bischoff and Jericho shown backstage. Jericho demanding a match but Bischoff insists he cant contact Boogeyman no matter how hard he tries. Summerslam John Cena Vs Chris Jericho Cena retains the title by outside interfearence by the Boogeyman --------------------------------- Edge seen backstage talking to Christian laughing about how Jericho has always been scared of the Boogeyman all his life Week 5 RAW Boogeyman kidnaps a kid wearing a Jericho T-shirt. During highlight reel kid shown tied to a chair as boogeyman taunts Jericho. Week 6 RAW Jericho calls out Boogeyman insists he wants to face his fear. Edge comes out and pokes fun at Jericho but when Boogeymans music hits Edge runs through the crowd looking scared. Jericho and Boogeyman brawl until Bischoff comes out and makes the match for next week Week 7 RAW Jericho Vs Boogeyman Half way through the match the kid is shown on the screen and Jericho tries to make his way to the back to look for the kid. Boogeyman tells Jericho the kid isnt in the building and Jericho gets counted out. Week 8 RAW Boogeyman jumps out on Christy Hemme - runs away screaming ------------------------------------- Angle shown talking to Jericho saying he knows how Chris feels. Bischoff comes in and makes a "face your fear" match for PPV. If Jericho looses he has to stay a night alone in a mansion with the Boogeyman. If Jericho wins the kid gets released. Angle looks concerned for Jericho PPV 2 Jericho Vs Boogeyman - Face your fear match. Ring is all black with a bed cuboard etc in it and around ringside. Jericho enters first with Angle shoving him down the ramp he looks scared. Boogeymans music hits and he comes out of the cuboard attacking Jericho from behind. ---------------- Angle jumps in ring Boogeyman turns around and Angle runs away. ---------------- Jericho wins by using a steel chair and then runs away freeing the kid who is in a cage on the entrance ramp. Week 9 RAW Boogeyman Vs Kurt Angle Angle is disqualified when he gets scared and uses a low blow while begging for mercy. ----------------- Jericho Vs Carlito Carlito wins when the Boogeyman comes from under the ring. Jericho is covered in "blood" from the ceiling and Boogeyman hits his finisher. Carlito runs away holding the intercontinental title. And thats as far as i got!

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | I think involving a rookie in such a way only serves to elevate the rookie not diminish the title belt. If WWE wants to make a star out of the guy I think he need to be involved with the likes of Angle, Jericho, Cena, Edge etc from day one. In reality WWE will probably just have him work jobbers before they relegate him to heat.

Rep Power: 9 ![]() ![]() | Apart from the fact Cena debuted against Angle he was'nt in the main event picture from Day one. Batista followed Reverend D'Von for 3 months. Both point to the fact that good, professional workers make it to the top thru a mixture of good matches, charisma and, of course, a bit of luck on the creative side of things. Now you only have to look at a couple of guys who were pushed thru vignettes and then put straight to the top of the card say Mordecai and to a lesser extent Sean O' Haire, to see that debuting at the top does not make you a star. More so it makes current talent less likley to want to push you and the current fans view you with a less than favourable reaction. WWE's better success stories of the last 4/5 years debuted Mid-Card worked hard and got the fans support that way (Lesnar, Angle, Orton, Batista and Cena) I prefer to get to know a guy's ability and charisma factor before WWE trys to tell me I should hate him or love him. |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Jericho still has fans even though he is a heel. I suppose you could make it into a Canadian kid or something, that way he can remain heel and still save the kid as the kid is Canadian???? See what you mean though. Like i said far from perfect but hey!
