SummerSlam in theory, is a super loaded show

Besides Cena and HBKs matches, the rest are speculation. But are kinda the expected matchups, maybe not exact but ya know.

Cena vs Jericho: As much as Cena still seems green, he actually has the talent, if someone brings it out, remember his debut mathes against Jericho and Angle, those were very good, cuz he had talent to work off of, no reason to think it won't happen again, and Jericho is obviously happy with his new character, plus he's thrilled to be in a major PPV main event. Should be suprisingly good.

Hogan vs Michaels: Angle got a 3 star match out of him so hopefully we can expect that or greater from the Showstoppa! No one can pull ppl into a match like HBK and Hogan, so even though it won't look like Hart vs Dynamite Kid, the crowd will make up for any shortcomings, ie Hogan sucking, the match lacks.

HHH vs Angle:Great stuff in the past, and prolly the future too.

Carlito vs Benjamin?:Maybe in a gimmick of some sort involving a ladder? I dunno. But I don't see who else can challenge for the IC title, and a ladder match would hide some of Carlitos lack of offense, and emphasize Benjamins unreal athletism.

Edge vs Hardy: Unofficially of course, to end this shork, (ha ha, used it) like I've said, this is not a drag on feud, one streetfight to end it all. Which I hope it will. Of course, no ROH rookie can beat a WWE upper mid carder, so the Big Red Rotary will have to interfere.

Masters vs Big Show: The masterlock finally broken and even though he blows in ring, the hold is over cuz they built it the right way, SLOWLY. Plus Masters can get heat back by a post match beating of the worlds biggest job boy.

MnM vs Heinekien and Animal: Dunno if it's a good match, but it's a good match to get the belts back on MnM.

Batista vs.....?: It won't be Lesnar, but this is where we'll know he's back. Whether its the blow off match with JBL or against Taker, The re-next big thing will certainly show himself to challenge his inferior clone.

Randy Orton vs Undertaker: I'd really rather see this rematch, then Taker in the title match. Orton needs this win to come back big, and it's not WM, so the Dead Ego Man can job.

and since I really dont' watch Smackdown, theres still matches for:

Christian, Benoit, OJ, London, Eddie, Rey, An ECW appearance?

This show could easily outdo WM21, and is a one I'm actually looking forward to.

I would think it would be Angle VS Eugene seeing how he has his medal and all. HHH isn't even around now and most of the storylines for SS are already set up.

That would actually be good, cuz Orton could run in and RKO Taker, costing him the match, giving him heat with Batista for interfering and pissing off Taker for their upcoming rematch, ok I'll go with that. And still with Lesnar returning, SD needs all the help they can get.

I think SS will be good, but I think some key performers will be left off the show because of Hogan being there and also Matt being there..


Plus, it'll be interesting what they do with SD!...Usually on a joint brand PPV they'll have 4 matches for RAW and 4 for SD! or 5 matches for RAW and 4 for SD! but they never have one show have a lot more matches than the other show..

This time around, I think RAW should have like 5 or 6 matches and SD! should prolly only have like 3 matches..The quality would take a step up right there.

I think SD will still have 4 matches. The title match is a definite one, and then you need to find matches for Benoit, Eddie, Rey, the Mexicools, MNM, Booker, Christian, and possibly OJ. I think they'll try to squeeze three matches out of them.

How about this for the SD portion of the card:

Batista vs. JBL vs. Taker

OJ vs. Rey

Eddie vs. Benoit

MNM and Christian vs. the Mexicools vs. Booker, Animal, and Heidi

I'm not saying your idea is a bad one..but I don't see it happening

Here's why..

OJ, yes he beat Benoit and they might do something with him now, but I still don't think he's to the level of a SS performer..The U.S. Title still seems to be pretty weak..I say they keep OJ off the show and he just makes an appearance in the JBL match..

I think they'll find a way to have Taker/Orton and a rematch with JBL/Batista, even though their first match at the Bash was brutal.

Rey and Eddie will prolly fight again..I hope not, but they prolly will.

So that leaves Christian, Benoit, Mexicools, OJ, London, Booker all off the card..

I think they'll try to squeexe in one more match possibly on Heat with these guys but no way SD! gets more than 4 matches on the PPV.
