RAW Thoughts for July 25, 2005

Pros
The Shawn Michaels character is taking an interesting turn and should be fun to watch.
We didn't have to hear Jericho sing.
Cena got pinned.
Cons
We had to hear Cena rap twice.
We had to see Cena dominate Carlito the whole match.
We had to see Matt do another stupid run out that made no sense.
The Kane Edge/Lita fued progression was awful.

That's about all I can think of now.

Alright I thought tonight's show was decent...but as always, I'll start with the things I didn't like first.


Cons:

-Wasn't really feeling the midgets with Vis and the Heart Throbs..too weird for me.

-I kinda feel bad for Shelton. WWE has no idea what to do with the kid.


Pros:

-The whole Matt/Edge/Lita thing was good tonight. Lita is fucked up and we don't know where the hell Kane was taking her.

-Jericho. I really like his character now..It's fresh. Dare I say, it's cool.

-Carlito not getting killed by Cena. That was good, The I.C. champ deserves a little respect.

-Masters picked up the biggest win of his career even thought it was in a handicap match.

-I really like the girl Leyla from the diva search and she won immunity be being the best weiner eater in the competition.

-The HBK promo was great..It really felt like a shork to me. I'm a lot more interested in this feud with Hogan now. Best part of the show for me.


All in all..it was a decent show I thought, not great, but good, and it created some interest for next week's program.

im not going to list the pros and cons cause i didnt catch the all of it tonight. but i saw the matt hardy part. It was decent. I thought him and edge played it good. But I think it would of been better if matt was in the ambulience (spell check) waiting for her then drove her away.

Ya, decent show, same pros and cons as Darkstang. Heel HBK = ratings, or at least I pay attention.

I heard that TSN cut out the Hardy part the first time due to the violence against Lita. I caught the repeat and they just did the standard cut to the crowd and then showed Hardy's run in. yeah, he needs to do something more effective or different in some way. And he could barely get over the rail last week and this week he made it to the top of the ramp?
