those segments were amazing. man I miss the hurricane being on his own. He should be on smackdown annoying their cruiserweights. Because while it's a stupid gimmick, Helms pulls it off, and it works great when everyone else thinks and expresses the fact that it's a stupid gimmick

I think what Blitz is trying to say is if anyone wrestled under to completely different gimmicks to the point where if they could, have them wrestle each other.

Like Hulk Hogan and Mr. America is ment to look like Hulk Hogan so the crowd can play along, same thing goes for E&C/Los Conquistadors and Mick Foleys Gimmicks.

Nova/Simon Dean is suppost to be 2 completely different gimmicks to the point where they can have a fued w/ 2 completely different guys, unlike Hulk Hogan and Mr. America where they could only fued w/ one guy because the crowd knows its played by Hulk Hogan. We are suppost to play dumb w/ Nova because maybe they wanna know who the crowd likes more, specially after the WWE fans liked the ECW pay per view soooo much.

Anyway Now back to Blitzs question I personally can't think of anyone who has done that before.

I think it'd be really funny if they had the bWo cut promos against Simon Dean, with Hollywood Nova talking trash about Dean. Then, later in the same show, they could have Dean do the same about Nova. I don't know how the payoff would go, but it'd be kind of funny if Bucci took jabs at himself.

I don't know if this counts but rick rude appeared on raw & nitro in the same night.

Because wwe taped raw four weeks at a time, nitro sent people to the shows and when rude's contract ran out, he moved to wcw and wwe didn't edit him out.

But Demetrius is right..I was wondering if anyone had ever played two different characters on the same show at the same time, and wrested under two different names, and was involved in seperate feuds..haha.

I can't think of anyone who has done that before.

I mean, look how different the guy is..On one hand he's playing Hollywood Nova, member of the bWo and in a feud with The Maxicools, and on the other hand, he's playing Simon Dean, a fitness guy who talks about people getting into shape, and then gets his ass kicked by the babyfaces..

This guy is playing a face and a heel at the same time..

I am almost positive at one time Steve Lombardi was playing both Doink the Clown (one of the many to do it.) and The Brooklyn Brawler. I don't know if he was ever on the same show but he was treated as two seperate characters back then.

If I am wrong about this someone correct me, but I think I am remembering correctly. That is the only time I can think of. Although I am betting back in the territory days when masked wrestlers were more common someone probably did double duty at one time or another as two different people. Not that I can prove it.
