How is this Matt Hardy thing gonna play out?

Seriously, I dont think anyone has a clue. Including creative.

My guess is that Hardy and Edge are giving creative this storyline.

I would be interested to see what you guys think.


I imagine it will come to head at SummerSlam to bump buyrates. I also suspect it will lead to Vince showing up demanding that either Hardy sign a "contract" to fight Edge or be prosecuted.

There are TONS of ways to go with this. I just presented one. I have about 100 in my head, but I want to hear yours.

I also have a swork-whoot where this is all a huge trick on Vince to get Hardy back in the WWE via Edge and Lita whereas Lita and Hardy are still together this whole time. But since I have good info that suggests this was a 100% shoot originally it makes my storyline a bit more difficult to pull off.

Non sanctioned match at Summerslam. I may even be one of those spur of the moment matches where Edge will come out to cut a promo and then get jumped. Then Bischoff or Vince will come out and say to let them go. Then I foresee a Survivor Series match with Team Edge against Team Hardy.

I dare you to try to tell me that WWE is even a remotely good product. Wrestling happened before 1998 and just because you didn't see it does not mean it did not exist. Broaden your horizons people!!!

yeah, I also think that at some point Vince will show up and either make the announcement that it will be matt and edge at summerslam or something in that nature. As far as what they will do every week to lead up to that, im not too sure. I really doubt they will have Matt run in every week for 5 seconds and get handcuffed. WWE can be pretty stupid at times, but not that stupid. I guess we all just have to wait and see.

LOL. They should have Matt Hardy sign a contract, win the world title that night and then have Edge come out and take his money in the bank title shot and take the title straight off Hardy thus driving him even more insane.

Personally Id leave this off Summerslam, it would ramp the buyrate for the next RAW-only PPV. But in answer to the question I dont know where it`s going and I like that.

Well, unless he has other matches that ppl care about, once the Edge thing is done, I doubt he's hanging around. I think all involved see this as a 'strike while the irons hot' type of angle. After like 6 mos Matt will lose a loser leave town match or something, or maybe Vince will publicly fire him.

There has to be one big unseen twist in this angle to continue it past Matt vs Edge. And there is only a handful of things I think ppl will care about, one being Jeff Hardys return.

vince brought matt back cause the fans want him in wwe. matt is a money maker. I seriosuly doubt after this edge fued is over they will fire him.
