Just want to say that the UK fans are going be pissed that they didn't get to see it with out knowing.

I thought it was huge. They did everything perfectly with how they built it up and making it look like it was all shoot and that Matt had no desire to return. In fact, I *NOW* believe that he was never really released as far as the company was concerned. I think it was all staged in order to build this all up.

I Think they couldn't have done it any better with the whole teasing and then making it seem like nothing more than a shoot for cheap pops. When he did return, they still had us fooled with making it seem fake by making it look like they wanted to cover up that is was a look-a-like and even doing the same when he finally did appear in the ring. There was such a buzz on the forum and on the net that it crashed this site and Matt's home site as well.

I am curious to see where they are going to go with this. How will they explain it story line wise why Matt hates Edge? Will they break true kayfab for the first time in wrestling history in such a great extent and just expose the whole Lita/Kane thing as a work?

They tossed Kane back into a program against Snitsky it would seem to make way for Matt to build the feud up, but I still have to wonder what they are going to use to explain his anger. I can't see anything else but the shoot angle being used.

All this is almost too much for my brain to take in. All I know is that next weeks ratings will be pretty big after what went down tonight. Not to mention what this does for SummerSlam.

I have to give it to him, he sure did give everyone including himself a twist of fate.

Well they did good for a change. They are going to capatalize on an angle while its hot and not let it get old. I think this fued has potential to be the biggest in a long time.

Get yourself an old wrestling tape. Watch Flair in his prime, Terry Funk, The Road Warriors, Dusty Rhodes, Ricky Steamboat, Barry Windham, The Andersons, Pat Patterson, The Briscoes, and I dare you,... I dare you to try to tell me that WWE is even a remotely good product. Wrestling happened before 1998 and just because you didn't see it does not mean it did not exist. Broaden your horizons people!!!

Yeah your right Ida, some of us UK fans may be a little pissed after having spoilers posted without warning two weeks running now. Guess I'll have to boycott this site for 24 hours after Raw from now on.

did anybody else notice that hardy is completely left out of the results page on WWE.com? theyre really trying to play this off like he legitimately broke into a live event.

i am really hating myself for missing tonight's show.... pipers pit.... matt hardy..... dammit!!!


all i can say is..... bravo.

Well I watched Raw before coming on the forum, wasnt I the first to predict this many months ago?

I don't know who said what on and when first on the board and don't really care. What I will say is I hope to god we don't get a load of fool's on here trying to give Vince credit for this storyline or start saying look at how WWE worked everyone for months.

This was something that was a real life situation and, due to crowd reaction and Matt himself helping to keep him at the centre of a storyline whilst the WWE tried to write him out of by using Kane instead.

WWE saw nothing in Matt Hardy until the crowd and Matt himself caused them to become interested because they saw dollar signs. So give Vince credit for seeing dollar signs people, but please lets not hear about how they worked everyone on the internet all these months. Their writers are just not that clever!!

I've just been on wwe.com to read the raw results and it doesn't mention hardy's attack on edge so this actually may have been a one off because i don't think he is back.

There is nothing on any part of last nights raw results about matt and you would have thought they would have said about it and made a big deal out of it which they haven't and in all honesty with something so big and so monumental they would have had it plastered all over wwe.com and they don't.

I wouldn't be surprised if we never saw him again on wwe tv.
