| Heels who cheat to win.. Am I the only one who is sick of seeing the same booking over and over and over with the heels...? When Eddie was good and even before in Los Guerrreo's he used to cheat to win, but he did it in a creative or innovative way.. The only heel I see that wins cleanly now is Kurt Angle or maybe sometimes Triple H, but other than that what the hell? Edge used to do a bunch of good moves and he had two or 3 finishers and now he runs away and wins every match by hitting the guy with the briefcase or putting his feet on the ropes. Carlito does it all the time, OJ does it, Dupree just did it last week, I don't even know what these guys finishing moves are...we never see them. I understand that heels are supposed to cheat, but what's wrong with letting some heels dominate the faces like Lesnar used to do and win cleanly? | |||||||||||||||

| The bookers are too busy with trying to make everyone look credible in the feuds so that when the PPV comes over they get the win. And even if they cheat to win at teh PPV, they want to be able to have the face "save face" for the rematch. It is how WWE have been booking things for a long time now.I don't see it changing anytime soon really unless you have some solid feuds with credible guys like HHH,Angle,HBK and so on. | ||||||||||||||

Let's hug it out bitch.
| I honestly think that HHH at Wrestlemania 2000 was one of the first times I could remember a heel going over clean (against the rock). This has been a problem in wrestling since day 1. Its not something that is designed to make them look weak, its designed to make the face still look credible while your dislike for the heel increases. Its SUPPOSED to frustrate you. | |

| The thing that frustrates me the most is when Stone Cold is kicking people's ass for years, never backs down from a fight, and then he turns heel and doesn't want to defend his title anymore..what the hell is that? At least when Bret Hart turned heel he still beat people with the Sharpshooter from time to time..I just don't get it. The faces beat the heels cleanly. Does that make the heel look good? Why should the face always come out looking good when the heel always comes out looking like shit. Doesn't WWE realize that a lot of people actually LIKE heels now? It's not the fuckin' 80's anymore..wrestling has evolved and so should the booking. | |||||||||||||||

Ahhh yes. I see your point. That is crazy cheesy. If I had my way all wrestlers would be tweeners and would align themselves with different people over time. That sure would make alot more sense. Seriously, its like, ok Kane is a face now (still trying to figure that one out) and suddendly JR is sticking up for him against that jezabelle Lita. Ummm, JR, Didnt Kane like you know..........LIGHT YOUR ASS ON FIRE?!?!?! I would say if I were JR "The fans may like him, but that prick tried to turn me into a pork sandwich. He will NEVER be ok in my book"

| Back in the day there were no storylines..it was mostly about the title and a macho thing that went along with it. Who is the best in the business pretty much. In the days of storylines and WWE being a soap opera, I think it's fine to go this way with the product because to me it can be more interesting than just this guy vs. that guy for the title, but the storylines need to make sense, and that's a big problem in WWE that I see.. It's like, why is Lita cool with Snitsky now? He killed her fuckin' baby for christ sake.. WWE just needs to be more creative when they think about the outcomes of matches...Did Rene really need to cheat to beat Val this week? Val is a jobber and has been a jobber for years.. How can anybody take a push by Rene seriously if he has to beat a jobber by using the ropes? He should have hit Val with his finisher (which I think is a Death Valley Driver) and that should have been it. A clean win for Rene. | |||||||||||||||

| And when it comes to "creative finishes" can we please cut back on the grabbing the tights, schoolboy, one hand on the rope finishes. We seem to get these more than ever in recent times. | |||||||||||||||

Hell...I saw Edge and HBK go at it for a good 20-25 min. at the Royal Rumble this year, they had a great match, and then Edge had to use that very tactic on one of the biggest shows of the year to get the win. Then HBK beat Edge a few weks later on RAW clean...So how exactly did that win at the Rumble make Edge look good? Someone explain that to me..
