Rep Power: 6 ![]() ![]() | It was the best school at the time, and he was a miserable old prick, but he taught us right. But jesus, it was boxing ring, with a solid pole in the middle, no give at all, no one took backdrops or bumps off the top. You'd think he'd at least an actual wrestling ring, but when u worked in a real one it felt like a cushion. Vince sent Outback Jack down to work out some kinks, he took his first bump, sat there, looked up and went, What-the-fuck. Was kinda funny actually.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | yeah i believe it was dale, or verne... im not sure, it was one of them, but the show was actually run by Jon Stewart since gagne got in a bad car accident prior to the show and couldnt make it. i had known Stewart prior to the show, hes the one who got me booked, so because he was running it he got me a spot int he main event running in to save Snuka, it was awesome. |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Yeah I know them both, Jon and Dale. Jon was always a good guy to me, I never had any issues with him and can't say anything bad about him. But Dale... just keep your nose clean around the guy and watch your back, because he's a carny snake. |

and "the rookie" wasnt part of my working name... thats just what they called me since my match was being dubbed a "rookie vs. legend match" i would have stayed with Tommy Gunn but im sure its been used many times before. although if i wrestle for AWA again i will probably be tommy gunn again.
