I agree with you Simon, and I hope people didn't take you the wrong way. I would have said it about Shelton, but I was too scared to. I think African-Americans do tend to have really good genes when it comes to how big they can get their body to look naturally. I would bet that Shelton just works out everyday and got that way in no time at all without any illegal supplements.

Good point Simon. When I worked in the gym there were two black kids in their early 20's that were stacked, and all they did was bench press and curls. They also played a bunch of basketball, so they had skinny legs but really cut arms and huge chests. Plus, there were other guys that played ball who rarely worked out, yet were all cut up. I wish I had it that easy. I have to do a shitload of cardio to come close to that, and when I do, I lose a little muscle.

So what I'm getting at is that there's no real way to tell if Shelton is on the juice. He's big but not too big. But, it is hard to stay that shredded while being on the road as much as he is. I don't really care either way, he's still a hell of an athlete and if he wants to take steriods, it's his decision.
