Rep Power: 24  | Is it possible... For one of your favorite wrestlers to win the tile but have it be a disappointment? For example, it was suggested that Y2J will win the tile off of Cena. I know there are many Y2J marks out there but would you admit the timing of it would be wrong? I don't think you have to be a Cena fan to realize this would be bad timing. This is just an example but would you agree that it is all about the timing when it comes to giving the strap to someone and letting them run with it? |

Rep Power: 6 | I agree. Like when Benoit when the WCW Title. It had already been rumored on the net that Benoit was very unhappy in WCW and thinking of leaving (and who could blame him considering the way he was treated there). So WCW tried to throw the strap on him and force him to stay since he was now the champ. Kudos to Benoit for sticking to his guns and walking out on the company. Therefore, it wasn't that special seeing Benoit win the title. |

Rep Power: 6 | Cena needs to drop the strap and either Jericho or Christian get drafted the next night, that is if Cena is to stay on Raw. Then its a big draft for Smackdown to get the belt back, and not have it vacated, and a glass ceiling star will finally be utilized. Plus HHH is gettting the belt back at Vengence so we get HHH vs Cena. and HHH gets to carry another guy that can't work.  | |

Rep Power: 6 | His current opponent for one. Randy Orton who was not ready for the main event. Anytime he's worked with Taker, and his pseudo brother Kane. RVD, who is far from the great worker ppl make him out to be, he's a walking spotfest, he's entertaining and all, but I'd be hard pressed to call him ring general. Big Show. Scott Steiner. HHH is (if he wants to be) one of those guys that can make anyone look fantastic, since he's Ric Flair V3. Which is why he was my favorite prior to the leg injury. Cena is still green, and needs to be carried in a big match, ala WM21, and HHH can do it. If he has someone decent to work with, its usually a decent match, if it's someone on his level, usually a phenomenal match. Cena's not horrendous, so it should be decent, if HHH wants it to be. | |

Rep Power: 4 | I agree.. with the original point of this thread i mean. Example i'm a big Christian fan but if he won the title now... it would suck because its too early. Cena needs to win the match at Vengence, Y2J and Christian were both sorta suddenly thrown into that title picture (even tho the title is a joke) Its totally all about timing, look at Orton, they gave it to him way way to early, if they had waited till Royal Rumble or WM21 and built it up a lot more (if they did it properly of course) i bet he'd be over huge right now. | |
