Killer ppv! I loved every second of it. I really hope Joey Styles comes to WWE the guy is a much better play by play guy then JR or anybody else i've ever heard. I doubt many if any ECW guys will get signed tho maybe Awesome and it'd be cool if Hardy did come back. I hope RVD gets a push finally and Heyman should take over doin ppvs or at least one of the brands the guy did an amazing job last night, easily the best ppv of the year, probably the best in the last few years.

I missed the PPV - it sounded from JV's review to be a bunch of short matches surrounded by well-produced nostalgia and two solid headlining matches, though.

I know I've brought this up on a different thread, but I really, really think WWE is trying to bring back ECW full time. With Smackdown's deal on UPN kind of up in the air, I can see WWE trying to ditch them (and their Friday night timeslot) to get ECW some air time on a cable network. The draft thus far has me believing this even more and here's why:

**Spoiler alert** OK, first John Cena gets drafted to Raw. Cena's a homegrown WWE guy currently being pushed to the moon. Who does Smackdown get in return? ECW alum Chris Benoit. Tonight on Raw, Kurt Angle, another WWE homegrown guy, moves from the show he built to Raw. Plus, Chris Jericho (an ex-ECWer) abruptly goes from being indifferent about his wrestling career to suddenly wanting a championship so badly that he turns on John Cena? I say Y2J takes the WWE belt at Vengeance in the triple threat match, gets traded, and then Heyman uses the ECW alums all stacked up on Smackdown to take it over at Summerslam. Y2J, in a historically significant moment, throws away the WWE championship (much like Shane Douglas did the NWA belt to launch ECW almost 11 years ago to the date of Summerslam this year), and is named the ECW Champion. I am admittedly big on conspiracy theories, though, but I'm interested to see who moves to Smackdown this week. If it's another former ECW guy, then I really think my consipracy theory will start to hold water.

If Vince we're to do it though, he'd do it with the World Title. There's no way he would disrespect his belt and it's tradition (despite it being a Spinner belt at the moment)

I wish my sex life was like ECW, first you get a One Night Stand followed by 2 months of nostalgic orgasms and then 6 months of constant sucking.

That's a very good point, The World Title was WCW/NWAs belt, he's already de-valued that by making it the Triple H belt. I don't see Vince turining the WWE Title into the ECW title.
