While the Royal Rumble match comes in a close second, it's usually too predictable and/or filled with enhancement talent for me to be too surprised about its outcome.

So, I voted for WWE's most recent gimmick match invention - the Elimination Chamber. The cage is such a huge spectacle, the match concept is very cool, and I think that it has the ability to be used for more than just World title matches. They could use it in a Raw vs. Smackdown kind of thing where the winner gets a world title match - on the show of his choice, for example. Or, just for single-brand #1 contender matches - that'd really build up the importance of a belt if they had to go through an EC match just to get a title shot. Mostly, I like it because it's inspired by two other great gimmick matches and produces a result that it greater than the sum of its parts - a little bit of HIAC, throw in a little bit of War Games - you've got a winner!

I was the lone ranger that voted for the Ironman match. I would have voted for Royal Rumble cuz I love it but I HATE Battle Royals...
Plus, Ironman matches are HARD to pull off and they still have that epic last of the last matches in a long fued feel. It takes a long epic stoy and two great wrestlers to pull off the Ironman. If you've done a good Ironman they you're probalby a great wrestler.

Personally i liked the old casket matches with the double deep, double wide caskets, not like the one we saw at 05 rumble but more like the 98 rumble and so on.
Also i would like to see another inferno match at some stage and a dumpster match because the one at wrestlemania 14 between the outlaws & funk/cactus was so cool and the ladder moment when gunn & cactus fell into the dumpster was pure gold.

But in the poll i voted for the rumble because of the pure excitement i get in watching it every year and seeing someone becomming the new star and then going on to win at wrestlemania, but i'm still waiting to see the undertaker win it just because i think it would be right for him to win it before he finally retires and becomes a gm or something like stone cold because i can't see him retiring fully.
