im glad they turned victoria back into a heel. she makes a good heel, and she was never really over as a face anyway.

umm... shelton benjamin is the man... i really liked that triple threat match, conway and grenier seem like they work really well together. im lookin forward to the storyline w/ them splitting and everything...

benoit vs. edge was really cool so anybody who thinks benoit is just so-so can go chew on that one. i hope you all saw it.:cool12:

batista seemed a little green to me in the main event for some reason... he wasnt getting much heat on his comebacks... until the end of course when i think the crowd realized there was no need for comebacks since he absolutely demolished both hassan and daivari. but batista is still the man. i miss his old music though... this new mainstream alternative stuff is no good. i thought his old music was very intimidating and harsh... it was really fitting.

it's still real to me, dammit!

That opening segment was embarrassing. It existed to further Vis and setup Victoria's turn, but come on...find another way without wasting time on these bimbos. And oh yeah...I've been waiting 7 years to see Lillian in a bikini, and you do this to me now? Phooey on you, Vince. Good to hear the crowd pop when Victoria went on about what a waste Christy is. Were you listening, Vince? Probably not.

I know the Kane/Lita marriage never existed, but after watching Lita take that ring off like she did? Flashbacks to my fiancee breaking up with me a few years ago. Lita? Dead to me now.

Yeah, the Benoit match was excellent. Of course it was, Benoit is an excellent wrestler. But did anything of note happen during that match? Anything important that I'd be kicking myself if I missed? Yeah I would have missed a good match, but was there must-see tv? I can see good matches all the time, but there was nothing from a storyline standpoint to make this match worth watching. Oh wait, the ECW PPV...which I care nothing about.

Christian is getting good reactions every week, so once again they don't give him a match and only 2 minutes of airtime? Good move! I have no idea what they're trying to do with him, but I suspect in the longrun they're going to blow it.

I think I've subconsciously repressed all memories of the Masterlock Challenge out of self-defense. And the rest of RAW as well.

Raw is so so..didn't really keep me staying tune..especially i watched the re-run ones..cuz i was at work..so basically i've read the result...then flip it..when i think is worth watching...

missed the opening part..but catch the replay of Victoria's heel turn...which is great..(love those canadian crowds)..love her promo too...

then the next thing i saw was..the end of the triple threat match...which looks ok..

missed the highlight reel..but watch the table match...Benoit..u're the man..

saw the Chris Master Challenge..dunno why they have Val as his opponent..at least he was an ex IC champ..at least feed someone that is useless to Raw (ie.Tyson Tomko or something)...but when i watch the Challenge..that lock doesn't look that impressive..i mean..if I'm Val..i will swing my leg backward (so the heel..can low blow him)...gurantee will break that hold..hahaha

love CCC (Charisma, Canada, Christian) promo..he should be the one going for the title shot against Batista..not Edge..(I wonder what Val thinks when he see Edge and Lita at backstage)

didn't bother to watch the main event..cause it looks boring..

overall..(i give it 8/10..for the one i watched..not the one i've skipped) if including the matches i've skipped...i think is like 6/10?

I havent had a chance to read the other stuff posted by you guys but I read JV's report and I must disagree on something.


He said the following in a nutshell.

-Hassan vs. Batista could have been saved for a PPV match and basically it was a waste to have him get whooped by Batista.


Here is why I dont agree::

1. It was Memorial Day in the US. You simply KNEW Hasaan would play a major role in the show .

2. Hasaan still hasnt lost on Raw as Batista's emotions got the best of him and caused the DQ.

3. Davari was more of the beating stick for Batista then Hassan was.



AND MOST IMPROTANTLY

This match helped put over Batista as a credible champ more so than the two previous HHH matches combined.

I truely loved watching him beqat the holy hell out of Hassan and Diavari. I just thought it was necessary.

Would you have the same respect for Batista as champ if he beat Hassan and Diavari or Hurricane and Rosey? And Hurri & Rosey are friggin champs.


It was a fantastic booking move IMO.


I thought Raw was another awesome show for the 2nd straight week.

and as green and stupid chris masters is, he has a pretty wicked awesome entrance.

and the heart throbs are crackin me up. they need to do some kinda big tag team storyline and in the end turn them into faces. i think they would make great faces.

and where was simon dean tonight?:frown2: i saw maven is one of bitchoff's "crusaders" but no simon system. wtf?

I thought the show was ok...

I'm not going to post in-depth about it but I do have to agree with Simon. The only way I would have been pissed is if Batista actually pinned Hassan.

I think the person to pin Hassan should be Shelton..in an I.C. Title match. Then Hassan can come back and pin Shelton for the title and go on a run and Shelton can fight Jericho. I'd be pissed if Shelton lost to Hassan and didn't end up getting a victory out of it, he's too good to go out like that..

As far as Batista goes, I'm still not real high on him, but for all the people asking why is Triple H getting another title shot..it's because of PPV buys. Edge vs. Batista as a main event on a PPV isn't going to get anyone to buy it. Hey, the Vengeance PPV buyrate will suck either way, but I bet it'd be worse if Batista was fighting Edge. Aside from the five people on here, nobody gives a shit about Edge, still.
