I've been behind Edge from the beginning. I'm glad you guys are starting to come around. Move him to Smackdown he is definately worthy of that belt. As long as HHH is on RAW Edge will never come close to that belt.

Yes. Get Hunter off RAW and let someone else take his spot. It'd be nice to see Edge in the main heel role on RAW for a change.

I like moving Hunter off RAW until I realize the guys on Smackdown will get screwed over as well.

Maybe give Trips his own wrestling show and wrestling federation on Sunday nights instead of Heat. Put him out there and let him talk for 40 minutes, then spend 5 minutes squashing Hardcore Holly. He keeps his belt every week and gets to be on tv the entire show. Should make him happy.

how can you piss on batista's wrestling skills (or lack-of) and not say anything about cena's in-ring work? i'm sure everyone would agree that cena is a joke in the ring

Say what? I hardly ever praise Cena on anything. I thought Cena and JBL brought it this past Sunday, that's all. I've also said that Batista-Edge wasn't bad.

Make no mistake, I don't think Cena or Batista are great in the ring.


And finally, you guys have to be joking about Edge being the main heel on RAW. Edge will never be the main anything on any show. His character is ok right now but it's not long-term championship material. Could he win the belt and keep it a few months? sure he could. But he does NOT have the skills to be the man of the company on a regular basis. Please...

yeah, im also having trouble forgiving edge for the lita thing. i was with a girl like a year ago who i was in love with and she cheated on me. so i sympathize, lol.

aside from that i think he does work well as a heel. but.... thats the only good thing i will admit right now.

a lot of my friends back in atlanta told me that i look like edge all the time, so i started using his moves, lol. i sent kimchee down for the 1-2-3 with a good ol' spear in Arizona. it looked a ton better than Edge's. :happy: i love that move.

Yeah, think about the guys who have been the "men of the company" in the past. hogan, warrior, austin, the rock, jericho, cena, batista. none of them spent very much time on the mid-card before they rose to glory. the guys who really step up and carry the company usually end up doing so pretty much right off the bat, within a year or two. Edge has been in the company for how long now?

I'm not trying to bash Edge...him and Christian were great together and Edge does have pretty good in-ring ability, but like Spanky said, the guy has been in the company forever at this mid-card level with the same character.


People will bring up JBL and say, well he did it. That's true but his character had to do a complete change. JBL didn't just turn heel and all of a sudden here he is...a star of SD! He went over a huge character develpoment change and if Edge is ever going to reach the top I think the same would have to happen for him.
