So what are your thoughts on this?

I thought it was a big mistake to turn one of the most over guys on the brand heel. After seeing him on SD! (I taped it), I stand by my statement. I don't know what the fuck WWE is thinking. Now, I'm not a huge Eddie fan, never will be, but even I understand he should have been left alone.

For those who didn't see it...Eddie is now carrying around Rey's bloody mask and talking to it. "Why, did you make me do this Rey!!" he keeps saying. Then he put the mask on a jobber and beat the shit out of the guy and got DQ'd. Brilliant.

booooo! Horrible idea, just like the last time they tried turning him. The fans love that guy. It doesn't work any other way.

i had taped sd and i fastforwarded thru the bum match. it was pretty bad. my dad was telling me that at the beginning he talks to the mask for awhile.
i'd rather see rey as the heel in this one, i don't remember rey ever being a heel and i think it might be interesting. i'm so sick of rey rey. to hell with smackdown. i'm watching for london, carlito, and rare appearances by spike, jackie, moore, and horoko.

Well I dont' really like REy, so I was happy that Eddie suplexed him on the steps. But as for his heel turn...i dunno. I'll wait to see how it plays out. I still like him either way, so doesn't really matter to me. On a side note, did you hear what Angle about Booker's wife? Haha..what's up with that?

I like Eddie better as a heel I think that suits him more. Back in WCW when he was really Latino Heat was awsomeness. This talking to a mask thing has to got stop though...

I loved Eddie as a heel when he was in WCW too. You're right about him needing to stop talking to that mask. How did he even get it though? We never saw him remove the mask from Mysterio last week.

Good point...I'm not sure how that happend.

Anyway, my whole point was that SD! doesn't have any face wrestlers who excite the crowd except Cena..(Taker being injured). But who knows?, maybe they will get a star from RAW in the draft.

Eddie can do heel or face equally well so it's not the heel turn itself that is putting me off. At first, coming out in the black jacket, I though "oh good he's going to be like Scarface and a complete psycho hard nut....this could be good". 10 minutes of ranting at a mask later....I was wrong.

Just trying to think where the writers are going with that. Are WWE not meant to have signed up Juventud, Crazy, Psicosis etc. All of those guys have worn masks in the past. Could this become an Eddie thing against wrestlers in masks? God I hope not!!

Are any of these guys ever coming to WWE? I heard they were supposed to and it would be sometime in April. It's now May 14th or 15th or whatever. And what happend to Frankie Kazarian?

I was thinking they're holding them back for the draft. There's been plenty of reports of them signing but I guess we never know for sure until they turn up on TV.
