no i believe that the belt needed some modifications, everything doesn't have to stay the same. I know some of you disagree but he isn't degrading the belt or anything he is taking pride by customizing it the way he wants it. like crocker said austin customized the belt and everyone thought it was the coolest thing. so why is cena's not?

but Austin didn't get his belt like the week after he won did he?
This reminds me of when everyone got a custom hardcore belt, like bradshaws looked like a big texas belt buckle, and I think it was Tommy Dreamers that was a New York lisence plate. BUt yeah I do think this ruins it a bit, This would make sense after a long run and perhaps some defenses of said belt.

I don't really like John Cena's custom belt. It looks abit tacky in my opinion. His US Title looked cool though. I don't have a problem with WWE doing this for certain wrestlers but not all should.

Maybe if JBL (or whoever else wins the series) they could have a ladder match with both Cena's and the Customary WWE title being hung above the ring.
