I think JBL is the best heel now but I picked Bret Hart because he helped start the feud between Canada and America that included fans taking shots at each other with signs. JBL is a close 2nd though.

I gotta say Bret, his heel work was great. I loved how it was so flexible though that he could do the same character in Canada and the US and get vastly different reactions.

Stevie Richards comes a close second God, i hated the RTC.
I wish my sex life was like ECW, first you get a One Night Stand followed by 2 months of nostalgic orgasms and then 6 months of constant sucking.

You are right!...That was awesome when Bret and The Hart Foundation were running around. They would be in the U.S. and people would yell and scream all kinds of things at Bret, then they'd go to Canada and all the top faced would get booed out of the building if they were facing The Hitman...I loved that angle.

You guys can not vote Bret Hart for this one. He already got greatest wrestler ever or something like that. He was not the greatest heel of all time. You all know it. His work for 1 measly year in 1997 does not justify him even being in here. And his heel runs in WCW were horrid.
