I just hope they don't let Orton win. Besides the fact that I hate his character (Orton that is) I think it would hurt the Undertaker to lose more than it would help Orton to win.

Comon, the American Badass Character was cool. The Dead Man gimmick is boring (cool years ago) and limited when it comes to interviews and promos (No, I havent seen the cool promo he cut on RAW).
I especially liked it when he teamed up with his brother Kane...do you remember when they saved The Hardys and Lita from Triple H and Austin? That was the COOLEST moment EVER.

True. But you gotta love the special effects he does when he's Old school Taker, like this past week on RAW. In the words of Carlito, "That, that was coooooool" haha.

I think Undertaker American Badass character it looks like a typical motorcycle drunken red neck..and why use the name Undertaker for a motocycle badass..i mean..c'mon..give the audience some credit now..

thank god they kinda kill that gimmick..but still kept the last ride..

IdaMAN was right on. If you look at the old shit it was really cheese. The purple gloves and ugly purple boots. I was hoping at last years Mania that he would come out in something similar but in retrospect this look is absolutely perfect for him.

I suspect his real life persona is very similar to his badass gimmick. But it just wasnt interesting enough to sustain the interest of the fans. I think him cutting his hair all off was a major change for him that not too many people cared for.

A simple thing like chopping off all your hair can be a big thing for some. Someone like Christian you think "Damn man, you should have cut your hair a long time ago." But Undertaker, HBK and HHH just NEED to have long hair for the gimmick to somehow work.

Does that make sense?

Also, I would gather that Undertaker is in the best physical condition he has been in since his debut in 1990. Take a look at him in old photos. He has never really been muscular, then in 98-99 he was down right overwieght. Now he has plenty of muscle definition.
