Am I the only one that thinks that he is going to retain the title at Mania? Its just been assumed that Batista HAS to win in order for Mania to be deemed a sucess.
I don't buy it. I would rather see Batista continue to chase for a little longer to make the victory even sweeter at say SummerSlam. People may throw garbage in the ring and tear the place down, but it may be actually good for business to have someone screw Batista out of a victory.
Thoughts?
It's about time......now bring on his next fued....
Hold on a sec...Nobody really cared about Booker T winning, so lets leave him out.
Now, I never said that Batista winning was good for business. I think it would eventually be bad for business. But if you look at Mania's past...I just think WWE will do the predictable win thing. The place will love it...the next night on RAW, the fans will cheer. Triple H will get a rematch at Backlash and somebody will screw Batista there. Why? because whether you want to admit it or not...Batista as World Champion doesn't go hand in hand. You might hate HHH and that's fine...I know he can be tough to like sometimes, but lets face it, the only reason people even still watch RAW for the most part is to see HHH lose. He is the ultimate heel champion.
So if your right about Mania Simon...I'll be very surprised. WWE wants peeps to believe shit is going to change and something new is happening. It's all a trick.
It had nothing to do with Booker. It's all about bringing the game down, because he's burried everybody (which I don't buy) and that his success is based solely on his marriage to Steph (which I also don't buy).
Booker was just the man of the day. What people don't understand sometimes is that a guy like Booker can never be World Champ...lol Actually, I think HHH even said that in one of his promos. It's so true.
No offence but I don't like this thread and I hate that someone posted that Backlash poster. Bleh, I want my WM to be all total surprises with no clue what will happen. That ticked me off and this thread makes me grumpy.
