Rep Power: 78 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | What would you do with Orton? It now appears that WWE is getting rid of the Orton-HHH storyline as quick as possible in favor of Batista, so what should WWE do with Randy now to get him back on the right track? He had so much charisma with so much potential as the "Legend Killer" and now fans don't even really want to cheer for him against the likes of The Game. Talk about falling off a cliff in a hurry. I can't remember the last time I saw someone's stock drop this quickly in such a short period of time. Just a few months ago people were comparing him to The Rock as far as how successful he was going to be. Of course WWE has to be part of the blame on this drop off but what about Randy? I'm not quite sure he is ready to be a babyface at the top level of the company. He hasn't shown that he can really get the fans behind him as a face. The fans in PR could have cared less about him losing in the chamber match. I personally would like to see Randy Orton the "Legend Killer" make a comeback with a fresh start on Smackdown!. I would have him play the part of Austin where he would be quick to RKO a heel as fast as he would a face and let him be a loner. I'm not sure who I would trade for him, but if WWE played their cards right Orton could be the top guy on Smackdown! in no time. What do you guys think?

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | It's too bad for Orton, because he could've been great on RAW but they rushed his turn. The fans weren't ready to accept him as a babyface yet (they were getting there and if he would've been given Batista's storyline, I think he'd be ready right about now) so that's why his crowd reactions have been weak. There's also a shortage of heels on RAW, which is why his turn was a bad move. You couldn't peel him off into any other feuds from SummerSlam to Wrestlemania because Triple H and Evolution have positioned themselves as the only serious heels on the show. If WWE had kept him heel, he could've worked a long program with Benoit and done some things with Jericho to fill the space until the Rumble, when his face turn would've happened sometime after, setting up his big match with Triple H at WM 21. I don't know if moving him to Smackdown would do anything different for his character, as there's no one on the heel side over there to work with, besides Angle and JBL, and JBL vs. Orton wouldn't draw much. So I'm not sure where he, or a lot of wrestlers go. I'm hoping Vince goes through with the rumored major roster re-shuffle after WM because it's time for new faces and new programs on both shows. |

Not like that bullshit lottery they had where nothing really changed. I'm talking major stars makings moves. Cena on Raw would be a good one. And HBK on Smackdown! as well, just to name a couple.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() ![]() | Turn him heel is the only viable option I can see, the only question is what type of heel. He woulda been perfect to turn and play Edge's part, but obviously, that's a little late. I really don't know, to see him and know they blew the best new talent they've had in years just sucks. Maybe a move to Smackdown could freshen him up. But he has to be heel. I don't know, go work for Japan and come back next year, maybe we'll forget all this face turn business.

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Throw him into a burlap bag with a rock, and toss him into the pond... But, seriously, I think they pushed him too far too fast. They are trying to push him as Super babyface supreme, like the second coming of The Rock. Which someday, he may achieve, but right now, he should be more on the level of The Rock, when he was in The Nation. They need to take him down a few notches, and give him more time to develop and grow naturally.

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | I think they should have him re-unite with Batista and Flair to screw HHH. Then they could play tweener DX-style heels, and leave HHH as the face that everybody secretly wants to hate. HHH face runs are short lived affairs, and Evolution work far better as heels than faces. |

Rep Power: 6 ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think they should keep doing what they've been doing with him - continuing to shove him down our throats! Remember when the Rock was Rocky Maivia? He was shoved down our throats as the youngest International Champ ever. People slowly grew to hate him with a passion that really aided in his heel turn, after which he was no longer pressured to make people like him, and could just be himself. Not that I'm suggesting WWE had the foresight to plan this out, but they are definitely on their way to making Orton the most hated man in WWE. With every stupid pose he makes, every People's eye brow he raises, and every attempt he makes at drawing cheap pop, he draws ire in more people's minds. By that time, it will be up to Orton to turn that X-Pac heat into "The Nations' Rock" heat. So yep, continue to shove Orton down our throats so that his career will hopefully really mirror that of The Rock's and be a long and successful one. |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Have to agree with Blitzkrieg. Put him over to SD! to not only help the ratings, but also to be the Legend Killer with the wrestlers on that show. Maybe he could even beat the crap out of Holly to teach him a lesson! |

Rep Power: 42 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | This is what I would do... Orton loses a tough match to HHH at the Rumble, and the next night he comes out to open Raw. He gets on the mic and starts talking about the brutal battle with HHH, yadda yadda yadda All of a sudden, the Rock's music hits, and he comes down to the ring. He gets on the mic and apologizes to Orton for interrupting him. He says that he has an important announcement to make, and thats that the Rock has made a deal with Vince McMahon to appear at Wrestlemania. Orton questions Rock as to whether or not that was important enough to interrupt Orton. Rock says he's the most electrifying man in sports entertainment yadda yadda yadda. Tension is teased. The Rock is then named special guest referee for the main event at No Way Out (say, HHH vs. Benoit). Rock takes a bump or becomes distracted and Flair goes to help HHH. Orton comes out to even the odds, just as the Rock is coming to. Rocky sees Orton about to hit HHH with a chair, and Rock runs over and tackles Orton. In the meantime, HHH hits a low blow on Benoit, Pedigree, 1,2,3 The next night on Raw, Orton is furious because Rock caused HHH to retain the title. He calls out the Rock. He comes out and says he had to do what was right in officiating the match. Orton berates Rock a little bit, and finally tells Rock to take his has-been ass back to Hollywood and starts to leave the ring. Rock grabs his arm, and Orton turns around and drops him with the RKO. Rock vs. Orton at WM. Orton wins Shortly thereafter, they announce that there will be some roster changes, but they will be totally unannounced. Thus, Smackdown superstars will appear on Raw without prior notice and vice versa. Undertaker will be fighting for the title on the Smackdown main event. The lights go out in the arena and when they come back on, the ref is down and Orton is standing behind Taker. Taker turns around, Orton drops him with an RKO, and Taker becomes the next "legend" to feud with the "Legend Killer"
