I'm looking for your thoughts on the WWE New Year's Revolution PPV. What'd you think of the show as a whole? What did you like, what didn't you like? Would you rate it a "thumbs up" show, or a "thumbs down" one? Post your thoughts.

I didnt watch it, but from your review, it sounded like it sucked. Oh well, if it did, I'm not surprised and that's why I dont bother watching any WWE ppv anymore (except for The Royal Rumble and WrestleMania). Also Im glad I didnt get to watch HHH win the title again, because its getting annoying. I didnt mind watching Austin or The Rock dominate (cause they were actually good), but HHH is not that good and he shouldnt be always the one with the title. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

Rather interesting show. Thought it was haunted after the first two matches. Random thoughts:

*First two matches had me thinking WWE won't be coming back there anytime soon. What are the odds of Eugene AND Lita going down to the same type of injury, same side knee and all.

*Note that Eugene was immediately out of character when he got hurt, which is how most people probably knew it was real.

*Shame that Trish vs Lita had to end fast. I doubt that Trish would have won the belt if not for Lita's injury.

*Bad enough Maven gets squashed once, but twice? This is not the way to push the guy.

*Lawler vs Hassan looked like something out of the 80's, and the crowd's brief "boring" chant sums up that match. By the way, did anyone happen to notice when Hassan said New Year's Resolution by mistake in his prematch promo?

*Kane, it probably isn't a good idea to use the Tombstone Piledriver on someone who's taller than you. I thought, for sure, Snitsky was hurt.

*I thought HBK was going heel, but I guess not. Instead, WWE paved the way for Batista vs HHH at WrestleMania. Only question now is, will Batista win the Rumble? Or will someone on Smackdown? Either way, that match is on at Mania. WWE will probably go the predictable way and have Batista win the Rumble.

If you mean "was it worth watching for that match", I'd say so. I never saw the first EC match, but I thought it was way better than the second one with Nash, hands down.

He sucks so Benjamin who is one of the best young talents in the WWE shouldn't lose to him.

I thought HBK would turn heel too. Batista and HHH also isn't a sure thing. Sounds to me like it is going to be Orton and HHH.

They made it so obvious when they showed Triple H deciding not to help Batista as he got pinned by Orton. After that, Batista clotheslined Orton to help The Game regain the strap. Had he known that Triple H chose not to help him, I doubt he would have done it. You just know they will play up that angle on RAW, possibly by having Batista view video tape of the incident. At which point he'll question Triple H about it, and the seeds will be firmly planted for their match at Mania.

And I don't think Maven should be used as a squash jobber for people now. He's a great heel and, while he may not be ready for the IC title yet, he should not have been dominated by Shelton like that. It makes him look weak. How can we take him seriously if he keeps doing jobber duty?

I think with all the rumours and possibilities that we`ve all discussed over the last week just having HHH win the title as usual was a swerve in it`s self. And boy did they tease us when batista had HHH on his shoulders and Flair gave him the thumbs up. Well only another 2 PPVs before `mania and they auctually give us what we want to see.

But on another note boy did this suck until the main event then again they`ve only promoted the main event so what did we expect.

I don't take him seriously. He should be fired with all the TE winners that are left and then they need to never do TE again.
