I agree with that. People like him because of his history. Same with Hogan. Taker, though, is still a respectable worker in the ring; one who can still attract the younger fans. For his age, his workrate is unmatched.
I voted he should retire but still like him, just b/c it's time that the younger talent start getting put over more instead of the older ready out to pasture guys on the roster. Give John Cena a run at the title instead of giving Taker one last run, it would be a passing of the torch deal and ushering in the new generation, just a thought.
I've always liked Taker and I enjoy seeing him wrestle now and then. I don't think he could really main event anymore but if he keeps coming back for PPV matches it would be fun to watch. He is a guy that seems willing to help some of the young guys elevate themselves, like Cena and when he tried to help A-Train. So for that I hope he's stays around a while longer even if it is only part time.

Actually Kat, a passing of the torch would be if Undertaker lost clean to Cena and dropped the title to him.
It's about time......now bring on his next fued....
When Smackdown was in Iraq I watched part of it where UT wrestled and my father, who knows nothing about wrestling said, "Christ, isn't that guy done wrestling yet?"
I think that's probably the perspective of most casual fans out there. He's just too old for this shit.
I don't want to see him off WWE immediately. I think they should give him a lesser role. Another stable. This way he can get more people involved in bigger angles and we don't have to see him anywhere near the title.
I don't mind him still wresting at all. Personally I think he still is pretty good in the ring and his taker gimmick is starting to be like it use to be which is cool because it was gone for so long. I can see him hanging it up after WM but really, I think it will be weird not having him in WWE and will miss him from TV a lot.
i think he should retire from wrestling, but still be an on air talent, in some role. he can make those rare special appearances, just like the rock does once in a while.
-Maybe the best brawler in the WWE still. Thats his style of wrestling and he is still #1 at that.
-Still in good shape, he is down around 305 and still moves good for his age and size.
-Maybe the most over WWE Superstar on the roster.
-A guy who is well know who is a locker room leader and this is what the WWE needs now as the young talent is getting pushed to the top. Its always good to have a guy like taker around for this time.
-Bottom line, he is still entertaining, now maybe more then ever as the deadman is back. Remember sometimes you don't know what you have till you don't have it no more.
He is one of the only superstars on the roster that brings everything each time he comes to the ring. Yea he sad been around for ages but that just makes him the wrestler he is. I think he has plenty in the tank and hopefully we continue to see him in the next few years.
