Mine would have to be Taker-Hogan at Judgment Day 2002. It's probably the worst match I've seen. In fact, that was the 2nd of a string of bad main events (Backlash - HHH vs. Hogan, JDay - Hogan vs. Taker, KOTR - Taker vs. HHH) You can even add HHH-Jericho from WM 18 in there, even though it was a decent match, there was no heat at all, the crowd was dead, and it was probably the worst promoted WrestleMania main event of all time.

As for actual in-ring performance, i cant really remember the quality of any pre-1999 PPVs, but in the the last 5 years the worst were HHH-Hogan and HHH-Rock-Foley-Big Show at Wrestemania 2000.

Armageddon 2000 had a 6-man Hell in a Cell main event. I thought that was the only one but maybe not.

Oh My God this is a tough one because there are soooo many. I would have to go with that pile of shit at the Great American Bash this year. Undertaker vs. The Dudley boys and Paul Bearer got buried in cement. One of the poorest anything period I have ever seen in wrestling. Scott Steiner/HHH probably is in the top 5 too.

Was the Holly - Lesnar title match a main event? I'd vote for that one. If not, I'd say the Undertaker - fake Undertake match back in Summer Slam whatever. That was one BORING match
