In 2004 Eddie Guerrero, Randy Orton and John Bradshaw Layfield won WWE/World title for the first time, who do you guys think will do the same thing next year?
Somehow, i dont think Edge will end up with the title. I would say Batista and Cena, almost definitely. Also, HHH will probably flip-flop the title a couple of times, so i could see a face like Shelton ending up with the title. This is also why i feel a heel like Edge wont win it
Bob Backlund
Ultimate Warrior
Vince
Yokozuna
Big Show
Holding the belts next year
WWE - Booker T,Cena posibly Dupree if he can avoid Holly
World - Edge, Batista and posibly on a short short run Snitsky
The Ultimate Warrior??????? are u nutz????? The Big Show????????????? Hes the biggest wrestler today. Vince from a storyline perspective made alot of sense. So did Backlund who ended up being champ only for a few days or something. Yokozuna wasnt bad at all either.
Overall, I doubt that we will see too many new champions next year. However, I think several guys may get their second stint as champion. Below is my list of first time champions and second time chamions for next year.
Smackdown - WWE Champions
Booker T (1st time as WWE Champion)
John Cena (1st Major Championship)
Raw - World Heavyweight Champions
Shelton Benjamin (1st major Championship)
Randy Orton (2nd run as Champion)
Chris Jericho (2nd run as Champion - and long overdue I might add)
sorry Benoit, the WWE is just pulling you along for the ride... but maybe someday
