Either way, its nice to see him get scooped right up by TNA. Although he wont ever be a main eventer in the WWE, he will fit in nicely along the likes of Raven and Hardy as former big time players giving the TNA more marketablilty.

I still think they are retarded for bringing in Randy Savage though.

He is not back, he backed out because Hogan confronted him backstage at the PPV.

What is wrong with having Savage back? He is a wrestler is he not? Why is it ok for the WWE to have old guys but no one else. Your logic is messed up and makes no sense. Why not scoop up guys who are popular. You think it is ok for themn to hire Billy Gunn but not Savage? And for the record, they been having guys like Nash and Hall in TNA since they first started. You act like they just started.

The only thing wrong with TNA, in my opinion, is that these guys appear to be taking way too big of bumps. I don't think that's going to get people watching as much as they expect, it's only going to get them some medical bills.

Since when are people ok with WWE having old guys? Did you actually read anything while Hogan was back? The internet was so totally opposed to him being there it was incredible. In fact, the internet (this forum included) is always raving about pushing John FlipMachine, the 100lb monster, and Christian.

There is one exception to the 'old guy' rule - Flair.

I think generally the internet would prefer if he did less matches and wasn't HHH's bitch. But I also think that generally the internet loves having him around - if only for the promos and nostalgia.

WWE has stopped (for the moment at least) bringing in older guys. At least, I think they have.. unless the plans to bring Sting back are still floating around. But they're kicking young guys out, I doubt they're recruiting old guys right now.

Ida, Savage couldnt wrestle when he was at the end of his days with the WWE, let alone the few years he spent in WCW stinking it up.

Nobody is a bigger supporter of the OLD school Randy Savage, but to have him in the TNA and potentially going over some of their home grown talent is nonesense. Wasnt the biggest problems in WCW is that they had too many old farts making too much money around

Ida, Savage may be a legend, but he should be living out his legacy in the WWE. Not making rap albums about Hulk Hogan and appearing on a show that cant show any of his past.

People tend to excuse a younger company who are desperate to get attention if they use a bigger name.

WWE all ready had the star power when Hogan was cracking his own bones, they didn't need him, so hence we get a few more complaints.

I see where you are coming from though.

It's just that "smart marks" want everything in all directions. Like a bi-sexual.

In my opinion, it depends entirely on how some of these older stars are used.
