| Excellent topic - I'd love to see WWE do another draft like they did after Wrestlemania this year. Here's who I'd trade: from RAW to SMACKDOWN! Matt Hardy - I know he wants to travel with Lita, who is actually wrestling in matches again, but he was one of the highlights of the Smackdown roster, and now is an afterthought on Raw (granted, his injury hasn't helped with that). Get him to Smackdown again and put the US title on him. Chris Jericho - Another former Smackdown guy who is held back from main eventing on the overcrowded Raw roster. Smackdown needs more top babyfaces, and he'd fit the bill perfectly. Shawn Michaels - He's done it all on Raw, and it'd be awesome to see HBK take on the Smackdown guys. However, I'd love to see the old heel HBK return - that would be a refreshing change for him. from SMACKDOWN to RAW John Cena - I agree with many of you in that Cena is stale on Smackdown. While Smackdown is low on top babyfaces, I don't think he'll be able to maintain popularity as a face for much longer. Have him revive his "Prototype" monicker on Raw as a heel - that'd be much more interesting. Basham Brothers - Again, I agree. They're buried on Smackdown and could be used on Raw. Rene Dupree - He was being handled well when he was first traded, and is now back in the tag division. If they're going to use him as a tag team guy, they might as well move him back to Raw, have him try to rejoin Sylvain as the original La Resistance, angering Rob Conway in the process, and turning Conway face as a singles competitor (a la Sgt. Slaughter, he can say "I want my country back!"). |
