I dont think many of the other guys on the Raw roster would of done what shawn done at TT. He may of caused problems in the past, but since coming back onto the active roster after the years out with his neck/back problems, they guy has hardly missed a beat in the ring.

If only he wasnt actually injured, i would of loved to see him hold the strap one more time, but seeing as he is going to be out for a while, i can see why WWE had to stick with HHH a wee bit longer.

Vince, give the man a nice little envelope of cash, i reckon he deserves it.

I second that. Very few wrestlers would have pushed themselves while injured, to put on the best match they can on a mediocre PPV. Shawn definately deserves some credit. The only other professional I know of who would do that is the Taker. When he wrestled for like an extra month on a badly injured groin, before finally going out for surgery. Lets, just hope Shawn comes back soon, and didn't do too much extra damage to his leg.

Was he really actually injured? And there I was sitting through Taboo Tuesday thinking he was playing it up. Hats off to old HBK, kinda makes sence now why they placed the world title match last but one, insted of last if they couldn't guarantee Michaels finishing it.

He oversold the injury a bit I have a torn miniscus it doesn't hurt that bad. But to those questioning it, it was a legit injury he hurt it on the U.K. tour.

My friend tore his meniscus three weeks ago and needed a cane to walk the first two weeks, still walks with a heavy limp, and was prescribed a heavy dosage of Vicadin (sp?). His doctor told him if he was a pro athlete he would never be 100% ever again

Steveo, you either dont really have a torn meniscus or its a small tear. A torn meniscus can be a very serious injury

Its old like 5 years ago. Both my ACLs are torn which is the bug one that stabablizes the knee, I have a torn right miniscus and numerous scar tissue damages in both my knees. I've destroyed them both over the course of about 10 years and my knees are the equivilent of an 80 yr old man's. I ddon't have the time or money to go in for surgery so I'll pronbably end up with knee replacements in about 10 more years.

Ya If I'm running or have to make a sudden movement I have to worry that my kneecap will pop out and my joint will cave in. Think about this too, I'm only 23 you know how much that sucks?
But anyhow I will commend Shawn for going out there. I'm just not sold on the idea that the injury was a bad as he acted. He didn't wear a heavy brace on the out side of his tights unless he had it underneath which he could have. I could tell the knee was heavily taped underneath. Personally I think he was crazy for going out there.

Did you guys actually watch the match? It was horrible. He spent most of the time on his back and then did some basic moves. He obviously wasn't in any pain and prolly had a pain shot before the match. I wasn't impressed even in the slightest. Many wrestlers wrestle injured and put on a heck of a lot better matches then that.
