Flair needs to retire...

And why not send him out against Randy Orton? Flair really has gotten old and it's a pain to watch him in the ring now. His injuries are nagging and he's wrestling more than he wants to. What better to have him go than to be beaten by the Legend Killer Randy Orton after agreeding to retire if he loses.

They should just give him a lesser schedule. He is an interesting component.

I don't think he should be doing PPV matches though. That's just stupid.

He should be strictly a manager or commentator type.

Its too bad Ric is being asked to wrestle at his age.

It's about time......now bring on his next fued....

Maybe it's just me, but it seems Orton and som others have a hard time flipping him over. Every time they do, I worry that Naich will land on his neck. He should quit.

I dunno..I still like Flair. But he is wrestling too much for his age, and with all his injuries. I think a reduced role, or less wrestling would benefit him and the company.

Scoop of poo from me 2 U!

Yeah...let's ask the one of the most popular wrestlers in the biz (who still gets HUGE pops from the crowd) to retire. Why not? WWE has all those other huge stars like Rock, Austin, Goldberg, Lesnar, and Foley! Oh, wait a second...no, I guess they don't. Well, at least WWE has developed new, entertaining talent and groomed them for high card programs like Dinsmore, Heidenreich, and Tomko! Hmm...okay, maybe not.

Sarcasm aside, Raw needs Flair. No, WWE needs Flair. Ric's an icon and a crowd favorite. He's like Hogan, except that he knows his place in the business, at his age. Would I like to see him less with his shirt off? Of course! But Flair's still the man.

In an age where our classic wrestling stars are dropping like flies, I think we're lucky to have Ric.

That's my two cents.

well i was gonna write something on this topic but just look at the comments above me they sum it up perfectly (except the dinsmore comment)(hope my post isnt first on another page now)

And plus it`s what he gives to the new blood both outside and inside of the ring that makes him irreplacable

I want Flair to win the Cahmpionship one last time maybe even at Wrestlemania and come out the next night in RAW give a retirement speech and then put the belt up in a tournament. Then he can be a commentator because I think he would do an excellent job of it.

Yes, so Vince can beat the living snot out of him for saying stuff about bleeding virgins lol. The whole Flair and how great he was retiring speach thing has gone and passed. If he had of done it a few years ago then it would have meant something but stuck around too long now he just needs to fade away to the back or as a manager.

Ric Flair was one of my faves, but now he is horrible. He doesnt do nothing for me and I wouldnt pay a dime to see him on ppv now. The truth is, that he was never that good in the ring, but damn did I love his promos. He should retire and have his own show on Raw, like the Highlight Reel or something like that.
And they say it's the foreign man I should fear!
But, it's my own kind doin all the killin' here!!!
