Booker has done it before I think WWE could stand to give the guy a shot. Its too bad Booker's WWe run has been so mired by politics or he would have been there by now.
Actually, RVD has a ton of charisma. He lacks a character and mic skills. Charisma is what makes him continue to get big cheers from the live crowds despite being terrible on the mic, not having a decent storyline in years, and a moves-set that is less innovative now that people like Rey are around
But, to stay on topic, i'm gonna go with Cena. He has a gimmick, but its not over-the-top. He's young, he's in shape, he's charismatic, he's good on the mic, he's good-looking, he's got cool merchandise (the new football jerseys look awesome), he's decent in the ring. What more can you ask for?
I picked Booker T. Don't get me worng, guys like RVD, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin would be awesome champs. Booker though is the total package, he has mic skills, he's funny, he's not the best wrestler but has a unique style and he very memrible. I hope Booker wins it before he retires.
Oh BTW Booker held the World Chapionship (his old WCW strap).
Cena is the obvious choice here - he can play heel or face well, has a great look, and is capable in the ring. He's Smackdown's answer to Randy Orton. He'll win the strap at WM-21.
I didnt think much of Batista before this weeks RAW but after watching him sumthing sorta clicked in my mind and I can see him carrying the tourch sometime down the line, and I think he'd do a good job.
