Besides the fact Cena is total garbage in the ring lmao. Anyways, eventually Christian definitly. Now Edge probably could, he's not that great in the ring but he could hold the title for a bit. Booker T also can do it, Rob Van Dam might be able to if pushed right. Maybe with a good manager. Shelton Benjamin definitly eventually. His mic skills need work, but his in ring routine is pretty solid...
