Is it just me or is Smackdown starting to become very good again?
With Angle able to wrestle again and Big Show being booked the way he should have been booked for the past 5 years and the emergence of Eddie, JBL and others, this is becoming a show that shouldnt be watched via internet spoilers anymore.
What is the future of Gangrel and Viscera? Will Booker T carry the US title the way it should? Will we eventually see the Ministry reunite?
Also rumors of SCSA and Hogan being on next weeks episode of SD makes this a show that we might want to tune into.
I will be watching.
It's about time......now bring on his next fued....
Yeah, I think so. But it's partly due to Raw being really bad lately.
SD has Angle, Show, Eddie, Taker, Booker, and Cena - all entertaining mid to upper card guys at least being utilized in a constructive way. Raw has equally good talent in Benoit, Orton, Jericho, Christian, etc.. but the booking on Raw is atrocious. Absolutely awful.
SD! have (only a few) tag teams in Suzuki and Dupree (Genius partnering these 2, by the way), the FBI, the Dudleys, Rico and Haas teaming in the imminent future, kinda RVD and Rey lately.. London and Kidman before their split.. At least they're trying. Raw has La Resistance and (perhaps) Benoit and Regal. That really sucks. The tag division used to be arguably the highlight of WWE programming next to the World Title itself.. E+C, the Dudleys in their prime, Hardy Boys, Rock and Sock, New Age Outlaws.. man, look at it now.
Smackdown has an active GM playing a positive role that makes sense and adds to the programming. Bischoff has been turned into a spineless, face-hating (It makes no sense from a business point of view - they're the fan favourites!) GM.. make Bischoff dominant and good again. He rocks, utilize him properly.
The World Heavyweight title on Raw was prospering on Benoit.. and to an extent Orton. But it's back around Haitch's waist, back to the stagnancy of the last 2 years. At least the WWE title is not under ransom from the boss's son in law - even if the current champion is questionnable.
SD! is just plain better lately.

Are you drinking on the job again? They won't be there in person; next week's show is nothing more than a clip show from the past 5 years. Smackdown being better than RAW - at this moment in time - is laughable, at best.
Smackdown has really turned a corner, and I have found the last month of programming pretty entertaining, while Raw (when I've watched) hasnt done it for me
I'm actually looking forward to No Mercy, which i will be in attendance for
I agree with Bouchie, Smackdown right now, while better than it has been, is still like reanimating a corpse. I will reserve my judgement for a few months down the road.
