NOTE: It really sucks leaving off guys like Mick Foley, Kane, Kevin Nash, and Andre The Giant, as well as relegating some to "lesser" matches simply because their other WM opponents had better matches with other guys. Frickin' tough to put together, but I think my card is decent - a good mix of solid wrestling, spotstitute matches, and all-around entertaining matches thrown in the mix together. And, in case you were baffled by their absence on this list, I thought that Wrestlemanias I-III absolutely sucked. There might be one or two watchable matches in there, but they don't hold up over time, certainly not to anything on this card. IV is also missing a representing match, mainly because of the short tournament matches - none were too classic. XI through XIV just don't hold anything special for me...pretty forgettable. 2000 was decent, but can't stack up to the "big dogs". I've said my piece. |
