JVN's Number 1 Grisham Mark !!

I guess the "political" answers are a product of my training in PR and writing I've had two day jobs in my life that people would consider a career, one for a worldwide media company, and the other (and current one) for another worldwide media company that happened to recruit me away from the first one. They both expensed a number of courses designed to resolve client issues among other things, and I guess it's all come in handy with the website. I still say things on the site at times that probably don't make everybody happy, but considering that WWE personnel still contact me every few months trying to bait me with a potential writing job in order to get "sample" scripts, I guess even though I critique are willing to forgive and forget.

As for the website features, you're right in that the reviews are among the biggest traffic generators, but the prize contests are also popular and generate thousands of entries per contest. As for the interactive features, I mainly do those to maximize a visitor's website experience here.

Well, I'd rather be operating the website full-time again, but I suppose as far as day jobs go, I'm lucky. And interestingly enough, I've come to the realization that I'd rather be doing what I'm doing than working in Connecticut for WWE as a television writer. Those I know within that company have told me about the unending politicals, the back-stabbing, those who take credit for the ideas of others, and those who enjoy upward mobility not because of their talent or wrestling knowledge, but because they suck up to the right people. I'm a pretty competitive person who isn't afraid to speak his mind, and one person I know in WWE told me that knowing me the way he does, he'd be surprised if I'd still be employed in six months if I went to work for the company. So while a part of me is still curious about the day-to-day goings on there, I'm content with where I'm at.

See, you DO have time to post here and add to the forum! lol. You should still go for it. What is the worst that would happen, you sign for a year, end up getting canned because of said above and get paid for another 6 months for doing nothing and get to say you worked for the WWE!.
