Main event material soon?

I thought I was in the slim minority that really dug his character and overall persona as a wrestler.

But the more I read about him here and there it seems people really want to see him do well.


So, do you guys think he has what it takes to hold the WWE heavyweight title?

He's still too "generic heel" right now. He has charisma there's no arguing that, but he needs more of a character instead of the "guy who turned on Jericho".

He had a character when he was with Edge in 2000, the surfer dude character really worked on him (totally reeked of awesomeness), but now he's just another heel with generic music.

He does have the wrestling skills, if he's fitted with the right storyline and character...anything can happen.

I think hes far more talented than Edge, and he should be the main eventer outta the two.

He has more charisma, better ring skills (for me anyway) and hes solid on the stick. You two are damn right, he needs a solid persona and thatll sort him for main eventing. I loved his mannerisms during the E+C breakup but WWE dropped the ball with the feud I think. He just needs to find his niche and thats it he's made.

Christians had chances before when he could have put himself in the main event rather, and blown them with incostitent performances.

He lacks that spark that makes him main event. Upper-midcarder at best.

When?! I cant remember a time that he's ever had the chance to break into the main event echelon, like ever. Hes held the IC strap but WWE booking at the time was so confused it made him look like crap. The Unamericans was a bad idea but Christian was brilliant there because he drew heat really well (unlike Test, who was shite).

Christian is awesome. In my opinion he makes the perfect heel. He was really doing well before this stupid injury took him out. He can wrestle! He can use the stick well! And hes got the looks! When he comes back, mark my words, hell go straight to the top. They really hit a homerun with Christian, Trish and Tomko. This group is gonna rule wrestling...or at least i hope so. Btw, am I the only one that sees alot of Flair in Christian (Outside the ring).

Christian has always been a favourite of mine. I say reunite him with Edge as a heel, and have Trish with them. That would rule, especially if they went back to the classic comedy they used to do. Trish could fit in nicely.

Ehh, been there done that with E&C, but if they did do it again they should do an angle where C and Trish try to persuade E to become E&C again only to screw him over eventually.

I think Christian lacks the "it" factor to be a main eventer, but he can be a very solid heel for a long time. just not a champion, in my opinion

Blitzkrieg

Christian has good in-ring ability, a world of charisma, and that hottie Trish (who I love as a heel by the way) in his corner.

If these two don't get a big time storyline when Christian returns I will be very disapointed. In my opinion Christian has been mishandled for years.
